A/N: I've been thinking about the gray man trailer all day and i was stuck on one particular line and it ended up inspiring this
Warnings: Darkish Steve? Mention of kidnapping!
Steve's jaw was close to snapping, his jaw clenched so tight, as he watched the scene in front of him. From his hiding spot he could see everything, every bad guy, specifically the moustache wearing bastard that was holding you captive.
"This isn't going to be an easy job, this guy has a bad rep, he's not going down easy" Nat says over the comms.
"Yeah these guys don't look like the type to run, theres gonna be fatalities" Clint confirms.
"I don't care" Steve states keeping his eyes firmly trained on you, watching as the bastard ran his hands over your hair "if you wanna make an omelette, you gotta kill some people" he grounds out.
"Okay cap loving the energy, this hard taking no shit looks good on you but for the love of god get the line right" Tony tells him "its break a couple eggs" he adds under his breath before noticing the look on Steve's face "but hey ho lets go get your girl" he confirms clearing his throat nervously.
