Chapter 92 - Feeling hopeful

Chris laughed out seeing the surprise look on Tina face, he ask her

"Tell me the truth, did you or did you not went to his family house, stay there up to a week while receiving other pleasure from him, yet you lied to me that your phone got missing, how could you Tina, how?", Chris wasn't raises to hit a woman, no matter what, it was a taboo in his village.

He was very angry and bitter looking at Tina. She never allowed him touch her even for once, yet she lied to him that she doesn't love Patrick, whereas her body crave for his touch. Chris finally left her in the parlour and went to tell the domestic staff to prepare something for Tina to eat, so she can drink her medicine.

Tina couldn't say anything to Chris, she got relief when he left the parlour, but she was still scared of what he might do to her.

She managed to eat her food, her son as already slept off, and was in the room that Chris gave to her. Tina felt truly sorry for Chris, she also wanted to marry him and be his wife, but Patrick as spoilt everything, Tina bite on her lower lip, as she manage to finish her food so she can drink her medicine.

Chris did not come out again, he already went into his room to nurse his broken heart, he does not want to see Tina. He had kidnap her from home out of love and brought her to his place so Patrick wouldn't marry her, but now he seem he over reacted as Tina was already carrying Patrick seed, if only he had brought her on time to his place when he wanted too, all these couldn't have happened.

"Her father never allowed me take Tina along with me to the City, and yet they allowed Patrick take her to his village in disguise of bringing his son home, and her mother doesn't like me either", Chris murmured in his room as he was so bitter that night and he stayed away from Tina.

Patrick sister Sharon was very happy to see her brother Patrick, it had been long she last saw him except on photos. She remembered how she ran away from his home and went on living in group with her friends after he grounded her. until she got connection to travel out of the country.

Well sharon came back home all because of her elder sister wedding, she wasn't yet tired of flexing and roaming even though she heard of the rumors about Prisca, although she never believed the news, but she also has not heard anything as of related to Prisca.

Sharon was shock to see the cute photo of her little nephew when her junior sister Amanda had previously sent it to her, she couldn't still believe that Patrick truly had an affair with Tina, she totally remembered that morning she came back.with Prisca and saw blood stains.

Coming out sharon went to sit out in the garden where Patrick was seated thinking on what he will do, Sharon greeted him,

"Good morning brother",

Patrick just looked at his sister she had obviously changed but she was still slim,
"Good morning", Patrick replied her not seeming interested to ask her where she has been all these while, he heard the gossips and saw the photos , so there was no point questioning her.

"Brother wouldn't you ask me how I am?", Sharon asked Patrick .

"I can see , you are alright, so why should I ask you", Patrick replied her nonchalantly making Sharon to frown.

"I know you are angry with me, but at least, am an adult now", Sharon pouted her lips.

"Yes I know, you an adult, and that's why am not asking you, since you can take care of yourself", Patrick looked away and continue pressing his phone .

"So how's Tina, I saw your child with her photos, Amanda sent it to me, his very cute, like those foreign guys", Sharon emphasize

"I Know", Patrick replied her faintly

"So why haven't you married her yet, although I don't seem to like that local girl even though she's cute", Sharon stated

"You don't need to like her, but I do love her, so you should learn to respect her, I will marry her, not for custom or tradition sake , but because I want her", Patrick replied her.

"Hmm, okay, so when next will she be visiting, I want to still see her though especially my little nephew, I want to see him before going back, although I don't know her family house, I could have just visited them myself",

"You will see them, but not now, so don't stress yourself looking for her family house", Patrick responded.

"Okay brother", Sharon stood up and left Patrick, as usual she knew Patrick wouldn't question her silly way of life unlike her elder brother, whom almost flog her if not for her father's intervention.

Patrick didn't wait for Cindy in-laws to come, he had to be on his way back to Ochanda village, it was important for him to know at least any clue of whom Tina boyfriend is. He couldn't just wrap it off his mind that Tina left him and ran away with her lover, any time he thought of this, Patrick gets really annoyed and sad.

Patrick drove straight to Tina's father house, he had given his mother enough money just in case they will need anything in preparation of Cindy's marriage, so none of them will call him. He was not happy, so it was better for him to stay away from his sister marriage, if not his mother will notice his sadness as his mother knows how to worry over irrelevant things.

Patrick sighed as he got to Mamatina's house, the compound seemed quiet though like no one was around. Patrick parked his Jeep and came down, he went to knock on the door.

Looking around the compound you can tell no one was at home, so Patrick assumed maybe Mamatina as gone to her shade as it was a Tuesday afternoon, and the kids would have all gone to school.

Arriving at Mamatina's shade, Patrick parked on the opposite side of the road, and he came down and cross over, walking to Mamatina shade.

"Good afternoon Mama,"Patrick greeted Mamatina, whom just finished attending to some of her customer.

"Welcome my son, I forgot, you said you will be coming today", Mamatina replied him just as she arranged a stool for Patrick to seat on.

"Yes Mama, I have too, although my sister's husband are coming today, but I can't wait for that, finding Tina and my son is more important to me, at least let me know if she truly left me for her boyfriend, or she's kidnap", Patrick replied Mamatina, whom stared at him trying to process what he just said.

"I don't understand you my son"

Patrick sighed and took a seat.

"Mama, don't you think is high time taking a shop, at least tell me the cost I can afford it for you, I don't like these place you are staying and selling your market" Patrick said.

Mamatina smile at him, "My son I will do that, not to worry, but what did you say about Tina, did you find her in the City?", Mamatina asked him looking hopeful he had seen her daughter.

"Hmph.. no mama, but.."
