Chapter 97 - Taking her home

Mamatina continued talking with Tina on phone,
"It okay my daughter, am just happy you are found, I hope nothing happened to you and Godsent?", Mamatina ask Tina, sounding a bit worried

"No mama we are fine, we will soon come to see you, how's Papa and Richmond and Jude?", Tina asked after her father and brothers.

"They are all fine, and happy to hear you are found, take good care of yourself and pls give the phone back to my in-law".

Tina sighed as she heard her mother call Patrick her inlaw, she gave Patrick his phone and continue feeding her son, she didn't have appetite or strength before to eat after all the things Chris had said to her but now she felt better and can feed her son. She wanted to leave Chris house, so she went in and Pack only her things she had used to come in the first place, leaving all the things Chris bought for her behind.

After Patrick finished talking to Mamatina on phone, he came back inside to check on Tina and saw that she had gone inside, he waited for her, as he assumed she went to carry her bag, and his assumptions was right.

Tina came out and he ask, looking at only her handbag she was carrying, he questioned, "is it only this bag you came with?"

Tina just stared at his handsome troubled face,
"What's else where you expecting me to come out with, A big travelling bag?", Tina questioned him in return and Patrick smiled and ask her,

"How about your clothes, and Godsent clothes?",

"We didn't come with anything, it was so unexpected as I never thought he was taking us to the city, I thought he was taking us home so I was only with my handbag, I use in packing my stuff and Godsent toys and sweet".

"It okay", Patrick replied her, not wanting her to go into detail, he carried his son and they walk to his car, then he said to Tina,

"We will still have to go to the police station to write down your statement, before we go home",

Tina didn't ask him which home, she was quiet all thru as it was already getting to late.

When they got to the police station.

Tina was told to explain how it all happened, after writing down her statement, she stood up and left with Patrick.

Concerning the rape allegation Chris claimed, when the officer ask Tina if she was raped by Patrick, Tina shook her head, she said
"No!.. he didn't force me, just that after he kissed me then, I couldn't resist him or push him away, I felt weak and didn't understood what was happening, I wanted more and kissed him back, not until I felt the pain in my thigh even though he said it would hurt a little, I haven't been with a man before him, so I didn't understand, and I wasn't even prepare to be in a relationship, but he didn't rape me, he only took advantage of me"..

The officer look at Tina, before he shifted his gaze back to what he was writing, then he wrote down her statement.

Tina wouldn't agree that it was rape, if she had fought him or pushed him, she could have, but she was weak that night and felt cold, but what Patrick did made her feel warm, it pained her then because she hasn't even accepted his proposal to be his girlfriend, she knew how he as been disturbing her to be his girl. She had only wanted to give her pride to her husband and since he took it and still love her, she has forgiven him and accepted him.

Then Tina walk out of the station with Patrick and her son. Patrick didn't ask her anything or what she told the police officer, he was quiet all thru. As he was told Chris will be charge to court for Kidnap.

Tina got into Patrick's Jeep, she didn't ask him where he was taking her too as it already late, and she knew they would not be going back to the village by this time of the night .

Patrick drove her to the Heart of City A, as Tina saw the large billboard and welcome symbol above she knew he was taking her to the hearts, she would have love to see the heart of the City very well but it was late, she just stared around looking from both sides from where she was seated, Patrick smiled at her and he ask,

"Looking out, we are in the Heart of City A, am sure you might have heard about it?",

"Yeah, I do see it on the media in my phone, especially when I saw that your girlfriend that got married", Tina said looking away, not wanting to see Patrick's reaction.

Patrick just smiled at her and bit his lower lip, he continued driving. He didn't want to ask Tina how she knew about his girlfriend, obviously he already saw she was on social media and he use to go check her previous photos she had posted, whenever he misses her.

"How about your phone, why haven't you been online, you have a lot of followers, I was hoping one day I will see you online and you will read my message, but I never saw you online, where's your phone?", Patrick ask Tina as they where almost getting to his mansion.

"He seized it", Tina sighed remembering how Chris never wanted her to call any of her family she frowned, and Patrick noticed it.

"Don't worry about the phone, I will buy you a new and bigger phone, anyone of your choice, I will order it for you okay", Patrick said to her softly, as he blew his Jeep horn for the security to open up his gates and he drove in to his mansion.

"Welcome to my humble home, Tina", Patrick said to her, as he open her side door, for her to come down. Godsent has already slept off.

"You live here all alone?", Tina ask him

"Well... Yes I do, but I don't think I will be alone anymore, I have you now, come let's go in", Patrick held her hand just as he carried his son on his shoulder and went in with Tina.

Tina was marvel at how impressive and decorative his house looked, it was so beautiful, beyond her imagination, she never knew Patrick was this wealthy. She smile and went inside with him to behold the esquisite interior decoration.

Patrick went to his own room upstairs, to lay Godsent on his bed, he knew Tina will already be tired from the day stress, so he ask her,
"Will you like to take a shower?",

"Hmm, no am tired", Tina replied him

Patrick came closer to her,
"How about I help you, in taking your bath it will help you feel good and relax your reddish face", Patrick said as he tilted her face, to look up at him.

Tina smiled at him,
"I don't want a cold bathe, unless you warm the waters"

"No problem", Patrick replied her as he ask his servants to warm the waters for her.

Later he took Tina to his room upstairs, Tina ask him,
"Are we going to share the same room?",  Patrick laughed out hearing her,

"Is anything wrong if we do?",

Tina didn't reply him, she just smiled, Patrick walk up to her and hug her from behind,
"I seriously miss you then and do not want to be separated from you again"
Then he kiss her neck softly, and help her off her clothes as the water was already ready.
