Avoni frowned as she watched Hope run over and hug Landon. She wasn't liking the whole Hope and Landon thing. She preferred the Hope and her thing. It was no surprise that avoni had some sorta feelings for Hope. Not that she wasn't allowed to, she just thought that maybe it was too early.
Scratch that, it was way too early for avoni to have this crush on Hope. She didn't even know if the auburn haired girl was even gay. Avoni watched the older girls smile beam on her lips as she hugged Landon. Avoni felt sick.
Avoni also felt sick when she looked over to see her sister flirting with Josie.
The girl made her way over to the pair and moved Josie a bit over with her fingers slipping against Josie's waist for just a second. The older brunette smiled at this but didn't say anything. "Hello sister, you're flirting skills are immaculate." Avoni cleared her throat. "You're failed flirting skills are immaculate. I sometimes mix up my words" Avoni smiled devilishly
Penelope glared at her younger sister before turning back over to Josie "I'm sorry for her, she's having an attention episode" Penelope says before dragging avoni away by her arms.
Avoni scoffed "what the hell? I was totally helping you get the girl" Avoni winked
Josie looked at the pair as the sisters just waved with a smile. "I'm going to go over there and I'm going to make my move on josie, and you aren't going to ruin it.. you got it?" Penelope threatened
Avoni nodded her head "you got it captain" Avoni said before Penelope turned around and walked over to Josie.
Avoni then stuck up her middle finger before smirking. "SHE PEED IN THE BED JUST LAST NIGHT!" Avoni shouted before running off.
Penelope glared before she ran after her sister "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" Penelope chased her.
Before avoni could make her full escape, she bumped into someone. Someone like-
"Delilah.. what are you doing here?" Avoni asked
Penelope stopped before smirking. "I'm Penelope, who might you be and what is a pretty girl like you doing, messing around with my sister?" Penelope asked
Avoni and Delilah rolled their eyes "me and your sister are just friends." Delilah assured before reaching and giving avoni a hug.
"Delilah's like my sister" Avoni smiled, this made Penelope frown.
Of course avoni meant nothing by it but it was true, Delilah and avoni went way back.
Flashback:
"MOM! Delilah's being an asshole!" The brunette yelled from her room as the girl just palmed her face.
The older brunette was tired of the fighting that had been going on with the two girls and she wanted to put a stop to it but she could barely get out of bed with her feet swollen up and the constant throw ups, the mother felt so sick. "AVONI ! WATCH YOUR MOUTH!" Avoni's mom yelled the best she could.
Avoni sighed before turning over to her best friend "this isn't over, now get out," she says before pushing Delilah out and slamming the door.
Avoni had been acting out every since her grandfather died. The brown haired boy had been gone for 2 months now without any signs of how it happened. Avoni cried herself to sleep every night of those 2 months, she missed her grandfather.
"Your uncle logan is on his way to get you avoni, so you better be ready to go" Avoni's mom groaned
Avoni shook her head as if her mom could see her "MOM! I'm not up for any meet up or any other bull crap that runs in this family,"
"YOU'RE GOING WITH YOUR UNCLE LOGAN AND THAT'S FINAL!" The older women yelled once again
Avoni groaned as she opened up her room door "I'm running away" Avoni assured trying to get under her mothers skin.
Delilah looked at Avoni and frowned "can I go?" Delilah asked as avoni shook her head.
"What you want to go with me for?" Avoni asked as she crossed her arms. "You will have plenty of food here and you would be protected, there's no reason for you to leave this place. Besides, your mother would worry" Avoni assured
Delilah shook her head "no, I want you to be safe too, I don't know what I would do if something happens to you, voni.. so, I can go, so we can fight together" Delilah frowned as she held out her hand.
Avoni looked down at her best friend's hand and chuckled "I'm not really running away, I'm just being dramatic" Avoni says
Delilah pouts before slowly putting her hand back to her side "oh, if you do plan to, I'll be ready to go with you, sisters forever and we have to stick together" Delilah says as she held out her pinky
Avoni smiled before linking their pinkies "always" the older girl paused before looking over the upstairs balcony. "Mom's stressed and I'm being a real ass, how about we go and watch tv in the movie theaters in the basement.. give my mom a little time to herself?" Avoni asked
Delilah nodded her head "yeah, let's do it"
End of flashback.
Josie watched avoni and Delilah engage into a conversation from far away. She was a little jealous. The brunette would never admit that but she was. Josie gave one last look to the trio before walking off. She didn't want to feel as a creep and damn sure didn't want to hear any teasing from avoni for staring too much.
Avoni on the other hand noticed the girls gaze but didn't say anything. "As much as I would love to talk more, I have things that I have to handle so I'll see you later" Avoni says before she ran over to Hope.
"Hey hope, can I borrow you for a second? Thank you" Avoni says before dragging the auburn haired girl away by her arm.
Hope scoffed "what the hell avoni! I was trying to talk with my boyfriend!" Hope pointed out
Avoni rolled her eyes "boyfriend? Really?" Avoni asked
Hope crossed her arms because didn't see the point on avoni repeating it "yea, boyfriend.. as of today" Hope clarified.
Avoni nodded "it's none of my business, if you want to date the chump bucket then that's on you, I just pulled you aside, quite literally, to see if you were okay" Avoni admits
Hope wanted to smile at the worried from her friend but she didn't. "I'm fine, we can hang out later.. Landon and I plan on-"
"Spare me the details" Avoni rolled her eyes.
"Girls!" Alaric yelled as he made his entrance into the main hall.
Avoni rolled her eyes "you're here.. why exactly?" Avoni asked
"Because I own this school, and because there's a ripper gone lose.. we need a way to stop them." Alaric says
Avoni smirked "this school is finally getting interesting"
