Untitled 7/6/2022 - Jaesahi (raw, read the revised in the other book)

Just like how flowers bloom, Asahi's heart fluttered when he first saw Jaehyuk. It might not seem visible from his outward demeanor, but inside, his heart was beating loud. He didn't know what hit him. Was it Jaehyuk's angelic smile? Jaehyik's laugh? Asahi can't pin point it, he confused about it at first. He didn't knew what happened, the moment his eyes landed on Jaehyuk there was a strange warmth spreading in his chest. He could feel something growing within him.

Asahi looked it up, they said he was inlove

Asahi doesn't know whether they are correct or not. He knows he isn't the type of person to fall inlove so easily. In-fact he's the type who doesn't find relationship interesting at all, so to say he has a crush. He's pretty shocked as well. It made him squint his eyes a couple of times, also doubting whether his feelings are legit or not. But after a few slow-mo films whenever Yoon Jaehyuk passed by, Asahi is convinced he's into Jaehyuk.

When he first admitted it to himself, the smile on his face was over the top. He couldn't remove it from his face, his classmates were also weirded out by his giddy behavior. He felt happy by simply acknowledging he likes Yoon Jaehyuk. It's kinda crazy to think about it, Asahi doesn't know who he is, what he does but seeing the guy smile, Asahi didn't know he had a special space in his mind that only Yoon Jaehyuk could fill in.

A simple crush, in the middle of the summer. It was hot, Asahi's cheeks were burning, but the reason wasn't the heatwaves.

Yoon Jaehyuk talked to him.

They were playing basketball, there wasn't many activities to do. When he got hit by the ball, Jaehyuk ran to him, he checked whether Asahi was hurt or not.

Asahi suppressed his excitement, he acted cold outside, he told Jaehyuk "I'm fine"

Jaehyuk followed it with "Are you sure?" His worried gaze made Asahi feel burdened. He shouldn't have made Jaehyuk concerned about him.

"Of course" He says sharply.

He noticed he's been staring at Jaehyuk. He moved his gaze elsewhere.

It's dangerous to be near Yoon Jaehyuk. At this point Asahi might die from heart attack, Jaehyuk keeps penetrating the wall Asahi built to defend himself from the love cells named Jaehyuk. So, he decided to watch Jaehyuk in a safe distance.

Admiring him like this, is better.

Asahi leaned forward to the window, he wanted to get a better view of the field where Jaehyuk plays. He's in the soccer team, he looks incredibly cute over there. Whenever he flashes a grin, Asahi can't help but to follow him. He covers it with his hand incase a classmate sees him.

His infatuation with Jaehyuk proves itself to be real as time passed. Asahi thought it will pass by just like the others, in his surprise it's still there. The fluttering feeling in his heart as they do small conversations, the never-ending panic Jaehyuk keeps triggering in Asahi's brain whenever he's close, the hazy fog that appears in his thoughts when their hands contact each other.

Unlike the withering leaves outside, the seed Asahi had planted inside his heart started growing. Little by little, day by day, it grew higher and higher.

Jaehyuk and him became friends.

Asahi didn't try too hard on be-friending him, though he likes Jaehyuk, being close to him feels too much. Just like how a fan would feel when they meet their idol, Asahi was contented on watching him afar.

But life has other plans for him.

Jaehyuk sticked to him like a glue. Asahi can't say anything because it was an instant click. Their likes, dislikes, taste and hobbies. It wasn't a fully fit but most of them matched with each other. Their friends teased them, they keep making fun of them. Saying they are;
