Usually, a story starts when someone wakes up from a normal day. On that normal day, something unusual will happen, and their destiny will end up tangled up with other ones.

The flow of their life, the unexpected happens infront of their eyes and before they know it, things will start to be significantly better from now on.

Jung Garam is not different.

He died after Bae Jaemin casted a spell to hold him down from attacking any further. He knew that bastard would stir trouble sooner or later, but to say he expected it now? Not really, this is one of the few easy raids Red Lotus has done. But still, they are worn out, almost defenseless due to the regenerative capabilities the Lich king had.

Hiding behind a pillar, Jaemin's atrocious voice makes Garam flame inside.

Anger, annoyance, frustration.

Jaemin has been annoying as a person, yes, but never had Garam thought he would turn out to be a traitor.

However, he has no time to dwell on these emotions. All he could do was fight and survive. If he reaches Dawon and the others, these fuckers might just die from their arrogance. That's right. He should go to where Dawon is.

But, alas, as he is still a human, Jung Garam was defeated.

His skills aren't enough for two people; one, a support near his caliber and two, a guy who is buffed with that support. As much as he hates to admit defeat, Bae Jaemin won this round.

It sucks.

Really, he lost. It's extremely grumbling to say.

But, who says he's the only one going down in this round?

"A bomb?" Jaemin's face when he realized it, was priceless. The confidence he had earlier faded, it was replaced by fear and worry. It was funny! To think he thought he's smart enough to fight against Jung Garam from Red Lotus. Bae Jaemin underestimated him. With his attack, he knew Jaemin will sustain enough injuries for Dawon to finish the deed.

And with that, he can close his eyes.

Then comes Yikyung.

A contract to be resurrected, Dawon's scent stenched over him. It all came down to being resurrected or not, he had no other choice. He wanted to kill that bastard Bae Jaemin and the spear user with his bare hands.

So, he agreed.

He got attached to Yikyung after months of doing missions together. But to say he's completely enamored by Yikyung like Dawon is, he is not. He joked here and there, but deep down he knows his limitations on Yikyung.

Ollim, Ragi, and Kyungshik came back afterwards.

Just two more and Red Lotus will rise from the ashes. Bae Jaemin will fucking regret the day he betrayed them.

"You sure have alot of hatred towards him, huh" Kyungshik and his pointless talks, Garam crossed his arms and sighed "He killed me, Kyungshik. It's natural to hate him"

"Haha, I'm not used to that expression of yours" Garam has no idea what this bastard is talking about.

"What expression?"

"You look like you're hurt and sad, a pitiful look for someone like you. Don't tell me, despite hating Bae Jaemin, it didn't cross your mind he would betray us" An accurate deduction, of course, he's smart. Annoyingly so, he should have kept his mouth shut.

"Maybe Yikyung should have summoned Eunji first" Garam tried to be nonchalant and indifferent in his tone.

He hates it whenever someone sees through him, it's hard to deny and he's forced to face whatever he's brewing inside his chest.
