As we walked through the long hallway that led up to the lab, Davenport was singing in happiness since he got a new lab. "I got a new lab, I got a new lab. I got a new lab." "Whoa, whoa, whoa." Bree cut him off. "I think you mean, we got a new lab."

"Uh, excuse me. Did we pay to rebuild it?" he gestured between us and then the lab. "Do you sleep in a glass box?" He paused before cheering again, this time saying it right. "We got a new lab, we got a new lab." He did a little dance, along with Chase and Leo. "And here it is."

The lab doors opened revealing the brand new lab. I helped my dad with the designs but looking at it right before my eyes, I really was mesmerized along with the others as we stepped inside and the lab doors behind us closed. "Woah!"

"Guys, look at all these upgrades. Mr. Davenport, this place is amazing." Chase complimented as Davenport was leaning on Leo. "Of course it is. I designed it."  "Ahem." Leo and I coughed. Oh, yeah. I forgot Leo helped a little too. "Ugh, Fine. WE designed it. We, we!" he said, exasperatedly. He let out a sigh to calm down and walked over to introduce the new technology. "Upgraded capsules, bam! Quantum processing supercomputer, bam!" He kept raising his leg in exhilaration and Leo did the same thing behind him. "Four-dimensional combat simulator, bam! This, my friends, is what a multi-million dollar makeover looks like."

"Is there a mini fridge?" Adam asked, curious. "No." he shook his head, still grinning. Adam leaned his head towards me. "I bet our real dad's lab has a mini fridge."

"Yeah, I kept telling him to ask you to help us with the designs." I told him as Leo let out an offended gasp. "Hey, guys, where's your work station?" Bree asked us, gesturing to where the computer once was. Leo smiled and took the tablet from Davenport's hands. "This way, children." he gestured for us to follow him to the other side of the lab. As he was about to press the button I took it out of his hands and pushed it, making the hexagonal tile sink to the floor and appear again, this time our stations being displayed on it. "Whoa!" Adam gasped. "Oh, c'mon. I wanted to do that." He complained but I smiled, innocently. He turned excited again before explaining. "The floor in the lab is compartmentalized, meaning we can store things in it. May I?" He asked Donald permission to do his dance and he let him by all means. "Bam!" I noticed Chase looking behind him and gasp.

"Ahhh! Is that a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer?" He ran towards it. "Ahh! I've never seen one in person before. It's so beautiful." He bit his lip and described it like it was his girlfriend or something. "Should we leave you two alone?" Adam teased, ruining the moment for Chase.

"Mr. Davenport, how did you afford all this?" I looked at her confused and bragged. "Duh, from my sponsorship at the jet wing stunt." Donald gave me a 'not quite' look. "Well, I used some of the money from the jet wing stunt-" I let out a gasp as Leo laughed. He went to the computer screen and began typing away. "-but the rest of it I got from a huge government contract I just signed. I am developing a rocket system to protect the earth from rogue asteroids. Thanks to this little baby, I'm on my way back up Rich Man Mountain, and, WHOO, the air smells better up here! Huh? Whoa." He smiled and pretended to smell the air. "Oh, wait, there's one more thing I forgot to show you." He typed away, making me roll my eyes. I knew he couldn't live without his best friend.
