I woke up without Dark Harris by my side. When it's just for myself, I'm not afraid to face everything even my death, but when it's about that man, my heart is filled with fear.
"M-Manang? Gusto kong maupo sa labas, patulong naman akong pumunta doon." malakas na sabi ko kay Manang Kim. Siya ang dinalang katulong ni Xavier kahapon. Nagustuhan ko naman s'ya. Mabait at magalang si Manang Kim.
"Binibini." she said softly. Manang Kim is 47 years old, quite chubby, and has white skin. Maganda s'ya kahit may edad na.
"Please, Manang. Gusto kong makita ang pagdating ni Dark Harris." ngiting pakiusap ko kay Manang. Napabuntong-hininga na lang siya saka ako inalalayan makatayo. Maybe she is worried, because Dark Harris doesn't want me to go out without him.
"Hindi ba talaga siya nagpaalam sayo?" tanong ko ulit. Nag-iwas tingin na lang siya. Bakit ayaw niyang tumingin sakin?

"Manang, ako ang magluluto ngayon. Pakainin mo na lang ang kabayo." sabi niya kay Manang. Tumango lang si Manang saka lumabas na. Hinalikan muna ako ni Dark Harris sa noo bago nagtungo sa kusina. My heart melts at everything Dark Harris does for me.
Inabot ko ang nakatuping papel na nakapatong sa mesa. Pinagpatuloy ko ang aking sinusulat para kay Dark Harris.
Time is too short for me. Later or the next day, I don't know what else will happen. All I know is that death is chasing us.
Nakayakap ako sa likuran ni Dark Harris. Nakadilat ang aking mga mata at nilalasap ang ganda ng kapaligiran. Every blow of the wind and the fragrance of the flowers lightens my mood. We are now on horseback.
Nasa kalagitnaan kami ng mga bulaklak. It's all yellow.
"B-Baby, tonight we have to leave here." Dark Harris said seriously.
"W-Why? I thought we were going to stay here." I replied. Everything is temporary. I am not the only responsibility of Dark.
"We're going back home." he said coldly. I smiled a little.
Pinatigil niya ang kabayo sa harapan ng acacia tree. Nag -iisa lamang itong nakatayo dito sa kampo ng mga bulaklak. Ang payapa sa pakiramdam, habang pinagmamasdan ko ang dilaw na paligid. Sumasabay sa hangin ang halimuyak ng mga bulaklak.
Dark helped me down then sat me on the blanket. Dark Harris really prepared the place... food is ready and there are rose petals scattered around the blanket.
"I've dreamed of this moment. Just you and me, in this kind of place. I found this place." he smiled. Napangiti ako ng matamis sa kaniya. Sinandal niya ako sa bisig niya at hinawakan ang aking kamay.
