𝕿aking our seats for our last dinner at Hogwarts was bittersweet.

Bittersweet knowing there would be no more slotting onto the benches with shoves and nudges to claim your spot before divulging into the magical feast that makes each first year's jaw drop every time.

Bittersweet knowing that there would be no more me dragging in a groggy, grumpy Scarlette in the mornings for breakfast or finding the boys in the hallways to jump on their backs and have them carry us.

Bittersweet knowing I wouldn't be picking up a lemon from the kitchens in the morning and cutting it up to add to my fruit bowl whilst the group expresses their opinions on how weird it seems.

It's a bittersweet thought.

The hall is swarming with excitement, from the first years buzzing, looking forward to going home before attending for the next six years, all the way to us seventh years, saying goodbye and moving on to start the beginning of a new magical chapter out in the Wizarding World.

Hogwarts is our home, it's the place we began to discover ourselves, make friends for life, who easily become family.

It will always be a part from us, remaining in our hearts forever, there is no way it wouldn't. Hogwarts is the most enchanting, bewitching, magical place on the planet, no one can argue to ever be able to change my mind.

The memories between these walls will last an absolute lifetime.

"What do you think? In a few years, they'll abandon these, they're just stupid" Scarlette decided, playing with the point in her hat we were acquired to wear for the feast, Sirius' face mirroring hers as he grumbled,

"They ruin my sexy hair, If I wanted to look like Minnie, i'd do so much better than this"

"I like them! It's traditional, I feel proper and sophisticated" James grinned, trying to shove Regulus' on his head as he point blank refused, growling every time it got close to his head.

"Easy for you, I feel like the circulation in my head is stopping" Peter mumbled, taking a sip of his pumpkin juice with one hand, the other gesturing to the way his was tightly fitted around his head, no doubt a red line across his forehead when he took it off.

"Perhaps you should charm it, Wormtail, I don't think it's small enough" Remus spoke sarcastically, tilting my chin up and smoothing his thumb on my lips making me realise I had chocolate around them.

"Har har, Moony, you're hilarious. I tried charming it and I ended up turning it green, Minnie told me if she had to fix it next time, she'd have my head!"

"And you didn't think to ask her to enlarge it whilst you were there?" He asked, Peter's cheeks flushing as he shook his head, earning a bout of laughter from the group, the blonde boy flipping us all off.
