"I know you guys have already met her in the party, but just as a formality I will again like to introduce you to Dr Tejasswi Prakash. " The head coach said.

As soon as the introduction was done and players went to do their respective training, Ruturaj along with Karan  came to meet Teja.

Ruturaj did most of the taking and as always  Karan was left with no topic to talk about. That entire day and even the next day passed in the same way , where they used to see each other pass smiles talk about work and that's it.

But then one day karan saw Teja talking to rishab. They looked like they were having a really important discussion, so when Teja left Karan decided to ask rishab about what they were talking .

"Everything alright. I saw you speaking with the doctor."Karan asked

"Yes , I'm good"

"So why were you talking to  her?"

" That's personal "

"Personal, really "

"Yaaa"

Saying this rishab left, and there stood a really confused Karan.

First of all Teja looked okay and talked to almost every person ,except him. And now this . After the party he really thought that him and her will bond really well , but nothing like that happened. They hardly talked to each other.

Ruturaj saw that Karan was worried about something so he decided to directly ask him about what was bothering him.

" Where are you lost brother " Ruturaj asked

"Nothing " karan said in a low voice

" Tell me or else I will tell Teja that you like her"

"What! Please no ...umm ....i mean.... I don't like her"

"So ??"

" Teja is not taking to me"

"What do you mean?"

"She talks with everyone but not me, today i even saw her having some PERSONAL talks with rishab " Karan said being a bit annoyed. " Do you think she has some problem with me?"

"I guess you should yourself ask her about it "

"Huh , that won't happen.
You talk to her a lot na , can you ask her, like not directly, but you can ask her if she likes me as a person or not, like indirectly,so that I can know the reason of her not taking with me"

"And why do you want her to talk to you  . It should not bother you anyways " Ruturaj asked teasingly.

Karan wanted to say something but stopped realising what Ruturaj was trying to do." Let it be , let's go and have some coffe" Karan said.

"Hey Teja , you here" Ruturaj exclaimed as he saw Teja in the cafeteria.

"Just came here to grab some coffee "

"Just coffee, have some sandwiches along with it "

" No I'm good "

And then for the next few minutes they kept on doing the same thing, and as usual Karan was standing there just listening to their arrgument.

"I'm bringing three sandwiches for all of us " saying this Karan left.

"What's up with you Teja, why are you ignoring him" Ruturaj said as soon as Karan went a bit far.

"I'm not . What made you feel like this?"

" It's pretty evident, you talk to everyone except him, is this because of the crush thing"

" No ,not at all "

"Then what is stopping you "

"Nothing is stopping me Ruturaj. But what should I talk to him about, with everyone else also ,it is never me who starts the conversation. And how will I know that he wants to talk to me . Also I don't initiate conversation because after all I am a doctor here , i should be professional. And have you ever seen your friend coming and talking to me , no , never "
, saying this she turned back ,
"so karan what is your problem, why don't you talk to me," she said facing Karan who was standing just behind her listening to their conversation. Both Karan and Ruturaj were shocked to know that Teja all this while knew that Karan was behind her.

"You knew that he was standing behind you?"

"Rutu the main topic is why doesn't Karan talk to me" she said eyeing Karan.

" I do...umm ....ok i don't....but this guy is at fault, this one" Karan said pointing towards Ruturaj " he doesn't leave even a single topic for me to talk about"

"Ohhh so are you going to put all the blame on me , you shameless creature" Ruturaj said almost shouting.

"Calm down Rutu, it's not your fault. If a person really wants to talk, they won't make such excuses" Teja said, taunting karan.

"Ok then I will start a conversation" " Hi Teja, how are you?" Karan said in the sweetest of voice and a small smile on his face.

This was it , this was enough for Teja to just get lost in admiring him , his sweet voice, that lovely smile , and those sparkling eyes .Teja said nothing, and smiled back at him.

After few seconds of silence Teja said "I was not ignoring you Karan, but if you felt so , I'm really sorry, also i will try initiating conversations from now on as i know that you find it difficult, even though I'm an equally introvert person".

Karan didn't say a word in return.He smiled at her and his eyes were enough to tell how happy he felt.

"Awwwww so sweet " Ruturaj said breaking the silence, though in return he only got judgmental stares from the two.

The conversation they had in the cafeteria made them more comfortable with each other, no longer were the talks limited to just hi and hellos . They used to talk about everything from cricket and science to movies and music. Thus they sucessful crossed the, ''just professional'' stage.

"Don't worry Rishab, you will be fine"
Teja said.

"I hope so, and Teja thank you for helping me out" saying this rishab hugged Teja and left.

Teja also turned back to leave but got hit by a strong body, which was none other than Karan.

"Done with your personal talks, can i know what was it about" Karan asked.

"Karan , when did you come here" Teja said while rubbing her nose, "and why do you even want to know about what I talk with rishab"

"Okay, so you are not going to tell me right, fine , but let me tell you that he has a girlfriend "Karan said with a attitude.

" So what . What are you trying to say Karan. Do you think that I'm hitting on him or do you think that rishab is cheating on his girlfriend " Teja said , clearly annoyed and frustrated by Karan.

" No Teja i don't mean that. It's just that, I'm not liking you hiding things from me"

" You will get to know Karan, trust me "

Later that day, everyone got to know that rishab proposed his girlfriend for marriage, and Teja helped him out with the arrangements .

Karan was really happy , first for his friend rishab and then because he finally knew what were the personal talks about.

Karan saw Teja standing at some distance so he faintly said her a sorry and made a puppy face .

At the beginning Teja tried to ignore him , and even rolled her eyes at him , but then there was no way Teja could have rejected his apology specially after seeing his puppy face , so she smiled at him indicating that the apology was accepted.
