The next day with their bags ready, set to leave, Teja and Karan got to know that Ravi and Jos weren't coming with them due to their respective personal reasons.

Even after trying to convince them they didn't agree . So they bid their good-bye to them before leaving.

"It was a pleasure meeting you Jos and I truly want to thank you for your assistance throughout." Teja said formally and added with a smile, "was it enough formal for you or should I add something more. "

Jos chuckled, "more than enough" he said.

"Thank you" he said after a pause. "For your efforts for mending things between me and Anna. It means a lot."

"I had to, because though he doesn't really show it, but you matter to him. He loves you. " Teja said patting his shoulder.

"He loves you a lot too. That is the only reason why he reacted the way he did yesterday. He is hell scared to lose you . "

"I know" Teja said and glanced at Karan who was talking with Ravi and Laxmi aunty. "Same here" she added.

After biding their byes they started their five hours drive to vagamon a beautiful hill station in the western ghats.

In middle of the drive Karan felt really tired and sleepy so Teja took the drivers seat and soon Karan dozed off sitting beside her.

Things around, the people around were a bit blurry. He was in the middle of a crowd trying his best to get out of it. People were pushing, pulling each other for some reason.

He felt suffocated.

But between this mayhem the only thing that kept him calm was her hand in his. They were together in it , and this reason was enough for him to feel at peace.

But then slowly he felt her going away. He tightened his grip but it was of no use.

Her hand slipped off from his hand.

And suddenly everything around him disappeared and he stood there alone.

Teju..

Teju..

"Teju" Karan screamed and got up from his sleep.

He turned his face to see Teja looking at him with concern.

Teja stopped the car at one side, took Karan's hand in hers and slowly caressed it.

"I'm here." She said. "But are you fine. What happened ? Did you see a bad dream? "

"Hmmm ... A bad dream."

"It's okay. Have some water ." Teja said and passed him a bottle and wiped the sweat that trickled down his forehead.

"Let's go. I'm fine now." Karan said and they continued with their drive.

After a few minutes Karan asked. "Do you not want to know what the dream was about ? "

"No . "

"Why ? "

"I do not want you to again think of something that made you so restless. It was in the past so just keep it there , and stop thinking about it. It was just a dream. "

"I understand. But how are you not curious, I got out of the dream screaming your name."

"Exactly.
I would be curious if you took someone else's name." Teja said with a faint smile.

"Unbelievable."

After reaching vagamon and checking in the homestay they booked , they had their lunch with a mesmerizing hill view.

Teja was tired because of the long drive so she decided to rest while Karan explored the property.

Later that evening they trekked to a near point to watch the sunset as suggested by a local.

They video called their friends and family to show them the place , then strolled around the village as there were less people around.

They got back for their dinner watched a movie and slept.

The next day Karan woke up to the sound of Teja talking to someone on a call from their shared balcony.

"Okay I will be there day after tomorrow...... Okay..... Yes  I will look after it.... Fine . Bye. "

"Work call ?" Karan said as he joined her in the balcony.

"Yes I need to go back to Mumbai tomorrow. I will probably book a night flight because even if we leave tomorrow early morning we will reach Bengaluru by evening. There is a flight at 11 : 30 . Do you think we can make it. "

"If it's important we can leave today."

"No . I don't want to miss the waterfall and the hill top sunset ."

"We can leave after that, and have our dinner on the way. "

Teja thought for a second and said, "Are you sure that we can travel all night. You already look sleep deprived, did you not sleep well ? "

"No , nothing like that." Karan said trying to brush off the topic.

He did not want to tell Teja that he saw that bad  dream again because of which he could not sleep the entire night.

Teja kept her hand on his cheek and lightly rubbed it, "There is surely something that's troubling you, but it's okay tell me about it when you want to. "

Karan held her hand and kissed it.

" Hmmm. Now let's get ready for the last day of our trip. "

"The Last" Teja said making a sad face .

After spending the noon enjoying the waterfalls they left for a thrilling off-road experience.

The jeep was supposed to take them to the topmost point but Teja was too scared for that. So they got off the jeep half way and trekked the remaining distance.

Teja was enjoying to the fullest . She played her playlist on her phone and sang and danced the entire trek while Karan walked behind her recording everything.

They were drained till they reached the top .

They sat as they reached the top to relax and calmly waited for the sunset.
Teja's playlist changed from Hindi pop to slow romantic songs.

Karan's smile grew wider listening to this song. Teja noticed this and asked him the reason behind it .

"This is the first song I heard you sing." He said

Teja smiled too remembering that day. "When I came to see you after your injury."

"Yeah. And now when I think about it, it looks like you loved me from the beginning.
I mean just look at the song you chose to sing."

"Oh please, that was really random." Teja said getting embarassed.

Karan chuckled.

"But you did like me , didn't you" he asked.

"No matter how much I try to deny it , I did like you." She said with a shrug . "But you liked me too. You took my number the same night we met."

"Ofcourse I liked you and after getting to know that you had a crush on me I was waiting for some special treatment but you being you , ignored me like I was invisible. "

"I swear it was unintentional." Teja said seriously. She paused to think for a moment then said, "Maybe because subconsciously I knew that I would get distracted by you and at that time I wanted to be very professional so I ended up avoiding you. But I'm so glad that you made an effort and we became friends. "

"And then from friends to lovers. A transition so smooth that I can't even point out the moment when I actually feel in love with you . Can you point out the moment when you feel in love with me ? " Karan asked.
