At supper time you found out Tony already had cat dishes and food delivered to the compound and they were up on a small side table, close to where the wolves eat. The kibble was a more expensive brand that you had glossed over since you weren't sure what Alpine would prefer. Bucky carried Alpine to his new kibble dish and he started eating, even though the poor little thing was full still. You heard him groan slightly, and suddenly sit to the side and watch everyone as they ate, including the pack. Blue whimpered, wanting Alpine to come down to play, but Melody sassed him for scaring the cat again. You ate quietly while conversation went around the table easily, but you did break your silence to invite Steve over for a few hours for tea as well. He quickly agreed, and Sam demanded to know what about him, and you giggled asking him to come as well.
"I need my time with my girl Melody," Sam explained with a smirk on his face. You couldn't help but giggle.
"I'm bringing my Zora," Wanda warned you. "Vision decided he wants to spend the evening reading"
"The more the merrier" you gave a wan smile.
"Will there be ale?" Thor asked, seeming to be looking for an invitation.
"There can be, why don't you come?" you quickly offered.
"I'd love to" Thor smiled and gave a nod.
"You two need a bigger living room," Tony chuckled.
"I think the living room is going to be bigger at the cabin" you looked at Bucky for confirmation who nodded quickly.
"You'll love the way the cabin looks when we get home, I'm sure of it" he promised. "I called them again on Friday, and they are just working on the inside. I asked them to soundproof the bedroom" he gave a proud grin.
"How are we going to hear the baby?" you asked in surprise.
"There's baby monitors," Tony quickly pointed out. "We will have to do construction on your suite again while you are on your honeymoon to add the baby room"
"Is there enough room for that? We are cramped as it is" you asked, a little surprised.
"We are extending the compound a little bit, you'll be fine" he assured you quickly.
"Are we getting more Avengers?" you asked in surprise.
"No, but with the wolves we need more space in all of the bedrooms" Tony shrugged.
"For a minute there I thought John Walker was making a reappearance" Sam shuddered.
"No, never again" Pepper shook her head. "I was around for that phone call, Fury got the message loud and clear"
"I didn't meet this fellow, but everyone seems to have dark thoughts towards him" Loki spoke up.
"He tried courting our Luna when she has a mate" Melody came around the corner. "Our Alpha is one of a kind, and no one could replace him". You flushed at first, but Loki was watching you closely and you whispered what she said to him. He nodded as though he suddenly understood. Bucky grinned at Melody's choice of words and reached down to card his fingers through her fur. She hummed happily inside of your head, and you tried to hold back a giggle that she was so pleased with herself.

After supper was completed and the table was cleaned off, Bucky grabbed Alpine and put him on his shoulder to bring back to the suite. The pack followed you back to the suite and you opened up the back door for them to run downstairs to go to the bathroom. Zora quickly joined them after Wanda told her to listen to the older wolves. Bucky went around the suite and tidied up quickly since more company was coming. He also took a minute to put a few beers in the mini freezer to chill. You waited by the door to watch for the wolves to come back, and saw that Bucky took all the bags and put them into the bedroom for now. Alpine made a quick run to the bathroom, and you felt glad to know he knew to use the litter box. As soon as Bucky was content with the way the living room looked, he turned on the kettle to boil the water, and you heard a few knocks on the suite door. Wanda left her post beside you to go open the door for Loki, Thor, Sam and Steve to come in. Sam broke out into a smile when he saw the recently added cat tree beside you and he gave a chuckle. You saw the wolves coming back up the stairs and opened the door for them again. As soon as everyone was in the room, you went to the small kitchenette and started making tea for you, Wanda and Loki.
"Honey?" you asked Loki.
"Please, I'll take it the same as you and Wanda" he nodded, taking a seat in the single chair and Blue came to him automatically and jumped up onto his lap.
"We probably should have done this in the main living room" Steve sat beside Sam on the loveseat.
"Nonsense, we have the room. I'm taking the floor with the pack" you announced.
"Not without being on my lap. I don't want you getting a chill" Bucky warned you, but gave a slight grin. You rolled your eyes, but didn't want to argue it. Bucky grabbed the beers and frowned that they hadn't chilled at all.
"May I?" Loki held out his hands and Bucky brought him all of the beers. Loki's hands turned blue for a moment and the glass bottles all suddenly had a tinge of frost on them.
"Thank you" Bucky nodded to him with a smile. He quickly handed Thor, Steve and Sam a beer before he sat down on the floor close to where the wolves beds were. You brought over the cup of tea for Loki and Wanda before quickly going back to get your cup. You came back and went to sit beside Bucky but he grabbed your hips and you changed your direction of descent. Once you were securely in his lap, he wrapped his arms around you and he took a swig of his beer. You sipped at your tea and hummed happily, leaning back against Bucky's chest.
"Where's the music?" Sam asked quickly.
"I've got it" Bucky took out his phone and turned on the playlist he had made for you while he was on a mission once of just love songs.
"Oh Sam, my boy" Melody got up off of the floor where she was cuddling with Cloud, who gave a grunt, and she jumped up on Sam's lap, giving him a lick on the cheek. "Please rub my ribs" she whined to him. You repeated it and Sam's hands went directly to her ribs. Alpine came out of the bedroom and Blue whined but stayed in his spot on the floor with the pups. Alpine made a dash to the cat tree and climbed up to the top and looked around proudly. Blue whimpered and grabbed one of his toys and brought it to the bottom of the tall cat tree and dropped it, then stood back and sat down, looking up at Alpine with small whimpers escaping his mouth. Zora came over and tried to play with him, but he didn't want to give up on Alpine.
"Your son seems to be a bit taken with the cat" Loki gave a small smirk.
"The cat is now our adopted son as well" Bucky grinned in spite of himself. "Can never have too many kids" he added, giving you a kiss on the back of your neck.
"Will you be able to abstain from creating more children if she goes into heat again?" Thor asked, seeming curious.
"No," Bucky chuckled.
"You plan on having many more children I assume" Thor smiled.
"Possibly, but let's see how the first one comes out" you gave a shudder. "Labor is painful. Snow's made me feel sick, and I still have to go through Melody's now"
"I don't envy you" Sam shook his head, his hands still running through Melody's fur. "But I will be here for the labor. I need to give my princess moral support" he promised and Melody licked his cheek in response.
"It's a messy scene" Bucky chuckled. "Thankfully Tony's cleaning team had left their supplies behind for the day. It took me a few minutes, but I took care of it when Snow went through it" he took a swig of his beer. You sipped your tea, remembering how Bucky had gotten you to rest on the couch while he cleaned up the soiled floor and switched out the dog bed for a clean one and threw the other one in the wash after treating it. He had taken over taking care of you and the pack so easily.
Thor and Loki started engaging Wanda and Steve in conversation and your gaze went to where Alpine was standing on top of his cat tree, looking down at Blue and now Zora who hadn't moved and they were both whining.
"Blue" you reached out with your mind and he stopped for a moment and looked back at you. "Come see mama" you put your cup of tea down and tapped your lap. Blue looked back up at Alpine before he came over sadly with his tail giving a small wag. He crawled up onto your lap and you gave his muzzle some kisses. "What's wrong?" you asked him softly.
"I want to play with Alpine, but he won't come down," he whined.
"Alpine needs a few days to get used to the pack" you reminded him. "When you first came home with me, you needed a few days to get used to all the scents too" you gave him a small kiss on the tip of his nose.
"But he's my age I think, I want to be brothers" he complained.
"Blue, listen to your mama. He needs time" Snow gave a sigh. "I've warned all my pups to give him space too" she said more for your benefit.
"Alpine will come down when he's ready" you promised.
"But I'm ready now," Blue pouted and laid down on your lap. Bucky's hand started carding through his fur that was steadily changing color from a reddish brown to a light grey like Cloud and Melody's.
"Is this the local honey from the farmer's market?" Wanda broke into your thoughts, drawing you back into the conversation.
"Yes, sorry. I was talking to Blue" you flushed.
"We could tell" Loki gave a small smile.
"You are looking tired," Thor observed.
"I'm okay, I think it's just been an exciting day. I just realized we are almost out of honey, and I can't go to the farmer's market" you gave a slight pout.
"I could take you," Loki offered quickly.
"I'd feel safer if she just ordered online" Bucky frowned a bit. "We don't know if Hydra will use her as bait to get to me"
"I doubt they are stupid enough to try to take her on again" Wanda shook her head and rolled her eyes a bit.
"She did teach them a pretty major lesson last time they tried," Sam grinned.
"A battle I wish we would have been able to be a part of" Thor finished his beer.
"I can handle them, I'm staying close for Bucky's sanity right now" you told them honestly. "I am, however, looking forward to working in the lab again on Monday on my fire abilities. Tony let me do it a few times this week, but I really need to let loose again" you leaned back into Bucky's broad chest and he kissed you on the side of your head affectionately.
"We don't have a mission on Monday do we?" Bucky asked a little worriedly. "Doctor Cho is coming to check on the baby"
"We can be a few minutes late flying out" Steve assured him.
"I noticed the baby bump is starting to be more pronounced, you must be proud" Loki smirked at Bucky who automatically rubbed his hand over your small bump.
"I love it" he admitted easily.
"I think it's a bit early to be showing this much" you spoke up.
"Maybe so, but what of a super soldier's baby?" Loki asked quickly and you bit your bottom lip indecisively.
"We are in uncharted territory" Wanda offered softly.
"Are you and Vision..." you started to ask, but caught yourself. Wanda flushed and gave a secret smile and you had a feeling there was something she was holding back from telling you.
"Good grief, the compound is going to need a nursery" Loki muttered to himself and you looked at Wanda for confirmation and she smiled and nodded. You squealed and jumped up after putting Blue to the side quickly. You launched yourself at Wanda and gave her a large kiss on the cheek.
"It's why I asked for decaf," she admitted.
"Oh no honey, you need off caffeine all together. We will suffer with one another" you held her close.
"Why do I feel like we are missing something?" Steve seemed confused.
"You'll find out eventually Captain" you sighed, pulling back from Wanda. You saw even Bucky looked confused. You rolled your eyes and went back to sit on his lap again.
"I love you sister" Wanda cooed to you.
"I love you too" you beamed at her, excited that she was pregnant at the same time as you.
