Lovers to Parents (Bucky x reader)

That night when you went to bed, you noticed there was starting to be less and less room for you and your growing family, and had to snuggle into Bucky more to the point you were almost laying on top of him. You weren't sure when Blue started taking his growth spurt, but it was very apparent with the amount of you felt squished on the king sized bed. Alpine had taken over what used to be your pillow, and both you and Bucky were laying on the edge of the bed together. Sam and Steve had stayed for a while before Sam went and washed the dishes for you, and put them all on the drying rack. Bucky had turned on some music for you before putting both your phones on the chargers. You heard your favorite playlist starting to play before you fell asleep quickly to the music.
When you woke up in the morning it was to "How" by Lisa Loeb, and you took a moment to really listen to the words. You nuzzled into Bucky's chest and thought about how you had come to really love your work both in and out of the field. How you had fallen in love so deeply... how you had come to have so many companions. With every beat of your heart, you swore you would protect them, just like you would the little life that was growing inside of you. You gave Bucky's chest a soft kiss and just listened to the music until you heard a soft whine and Blue nuzzled into your back a little more. You knew his bladder was likely screaming at him, he was still small. At least, small to you. You sighed heavily and climbed over Bucky to get to the floor. You grabbed one of Bucky's sweaters from the closet and then walked over to the balcony door in the bedroom and all five wolf's heads popped up quickly. You gave a soft giggle and opened the door and they vaulted themselves off of the bed, causing Bucky to wake up with a start. You left the door open and turned away to go use the bathroom yourself. Taking a few minutes to freshen up when you were done. When you came back out, Bucky was standing at the door. He dipped his head down and brushed his lips against yours in a soft kiss before you walked past him. You made your way to the closet to put on a tank top, flannel shirt, and a pair of yoga pants while Bucky was busy in the bathroom. When he came out, he quickly changed into a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. You went to make the bed and once you were done, you laid back on the bed and just stretched out with Alpine purring beside your head.
"Comfortable?" Bucky chuckled.
"It's nice to have a little room to move around" you sighed happily.
"We need a bigger bed" he said decisively.
"Do they even make anything bigger than a king size?" you asked with a giggle.
"We can special order it. I heard Tony talking about it a few weeks ago. It's something to consider. It's not like we don't have the spare room in here since Tony made this into a larger suite" he sat down next to where you were laying, and then laid back and put his arm out. You moved in closer to him, resting your head on his arm and nuzzled into his chest.
"Maybe after the wedding" you thought about it for a few minutes. "We've already spent so much money..." you trialed off.
"We have the extra money to spend," he chuckled.
"Most of it is still your money" you pointed out.
"It's our money," he corrected you. "Stop thinking like that" he gave a soft sigh. "Besides, I would never use it otherwise" he added quickly.
"You could always get another motorcycle," you told him with a soft smile.
"No, I think I want a safer car or SUV. Maybe a minivan if you are going to keep going into heat" he chuckled again.
"Where would they go to school around here?" you paused, thinking about it for a moment.
"We will drive them to the closest school to here, or have a tutor come in and have them home schooled" he said as if it was the most obvious answer.
"There's just so much to consider" you absentmindedly ran your hand up and down his chest. He gave you a kiss on your forehead, and hummed to himself.
"We will figure it out. Besides, our baby will be going to school at the same time as Wanda's" he reminded you and you broke out into a smile.
"Maybe Pepper will jump on the baby train" you giggled.
"I wouldn't put it past Tony," he laughed softly. "It's getting chilly in here" he frowned, pulling you in more.
"I don't mind it," you shrugged. "You give off enough body heat it isn't bothering me too much" you added.
"As soon as the pack comes in I'm grabbing the pillows and you grab Alpine. We will close the door for the day, and make our way to the dining room. The boys are probably already setting up the living room" he gave you another kiss on the forehead.
"Do you think Tony has any cotton candy grapes?" you asked, feeling a sudden craving for something sweet.
"If he doesn't, I'll order some in with Friday for same day delivery. Promise" he raised his head a bit as he heard the clack of nails on the balcony floor again. Blue came prancing into the room with Jasper, Melody, Snow and Cloud quickly behind him. "Time for breakfast" he moved to sit up and you sat up with him. You grabbed Alpine before scooting off of the bed and Bucky grabbed the four pillows off of the bed to bring to the living room. You took a moment to grab both of your cell phones and stowed them in your back pocket and led the way out.
