20 weeks

"Twenty weeks" Doctor Cho mumbled to herself looking at the screen. "You have developed a baby that is showing as twenty weeks old" she said a little louder. You were busy watching the screen and looking at your little baby on the screen. They were more formed, and moving around a little bit. Bucky was staring at the screen misty eyed and blinked for a moment and hesitated.
"Wait a minute... that doesn't add up" Bucky said with concern.
"Look at my little grandbaby" mama cooed, staring at the screen and holding your hand tightly.
"Your sperm is laced with Supersoldier DNA, she's growing" Doctor Cho started noting things down on her tablet.
"She?" you asked and Doctor Cho hesitated.
"Yes, she" she nodded and gave a small smile.
"We are having a little girl?!" you squealed and Bucky wrapped his arms around you, and pulled mama in at the same time.
"Yes" Doctor Cho laughed at the small sandwich Bucky made out of you and mama. "I need to do some tests of course, it's really important you start resting a bit more right now, because you are developing very quickly and i'm not confident your body can handle all the changes that are happening at once"
"She will rest" Bucky pulled back from the hug, and dipped his head down to kiss you firmly on the lips. "Strawberries and tea every night before bed" he added with a wink.
"I want as little stress as possible. You can still take your daily walks, but don't overdo it" Doctor Cho kept noting things down. She printed out four photos for you of your growing baby girl and then wiped off your stomach. You pulled up your leggings over your stomach again, and pulled down your top.
"Someone needs some new clothes" mama pointed out.
"I know, but I just got some," you huffed.
"Just go up a few sizes, that way it lasts longer. You'll know for the next time you have a baby that they grow quickly" mama winked at you.
"Yeah, I'll have to" you sighed and got up. "Wow, a baby girl" you said in a daze.
"You know I'm waiting for you to come tell me even though I know!" Wanda called into the room and you giggled.
"Come in Wanda" you felt Bucky put his hand in the small of your back waiting for Wanda's energy to come into the room. She ran in and wrapped her arms around you with a squeal.
"I can't wait to meet my niece," she squealed.
"Don't go too far yet, Y/N. I need to do my tests" Doctor Cho reminded you.
"I wont" you promised as you held Wanda back just as tightly.
"Mama, will you stay for me too?" Wanda asked mama after pulling back from the warm embrace.
"Of course I will," mama smiled sweetly.

After Doctor Cho's tests you went to the living room where Bucky saw Sam, Steve, Loki and Uncle Brad were with all of the compound pups, and the rest of the pack. Blue immediately got up and ran to you, and you went to pick him up but Bucky stopped you and picked him up for you before placing him into your arms. Alpine climbed up his leg and back, and settled on his right shoulder.
"And?" Steve asked, seeing the big smile on Bucky's face.
"She's showing at twenty weeks" Bucky informed him quickly.
"That math ain't mathing right" Sam looked confused.
"Supersoldier baby" Loki reminded him. "They are developing quickly" he gave a small smile.
"It's a girl!" Bucky blurted and the four men looked excited. Steve went over and patted Bucky on the back before giving you a careful hug. Uncle Brad waited, but he pulled you into a hug once Steve was done and he gave your cheek a scratchy kiss.
"That's great news!" Sam exclaimed.
"What are you going to do with a baby coming so quickly?" Uncle Brad asked.
"Doc says to rest more," you admitted.
"Which she will be," Bucky added firmly.
"Tony asked me to stay a bit longer, since I gave him some insight on the construction he's preparing to do. Apparently he likes having me around. He also gets me to put on the helmet a bit" Uncle Brad told you with a wink. "So I'll be keeping my eye on you kids," he added.
"Well, you did work as an architect," you smiled at him.
"Your suite is going to be a work of art" he promised. "They all are," he added quickly. "We are adding a two sided nursery for pups and human babies as well" he seemed excited about the whole prospect.
"Oh!" you felt something more than the baby just moving. It felt like a strong kick. Your hands went directly to your stomach, but the look of surprise was enough to alert the four men in the room. "Sorry, I..." you trailed off, unable to explain it.
"Mama!" Blue whined. He had been in your arms this entire time so quietly.
"That's your little sister moving around" you said through your mind.
"I'm going to be the bestest big brother in the world" he gave a soft howl. You felt another kick and you moved your hand while Uncle Brad, who had a very good idea of what was going on, took Blue from you.
"Baby?" Bucky asked you a little unsurely. You reached out and took his hand and placed it on your stomach and the baby gave another sharp kick. "Is that our baby?!" he asked excitedly.
"She's really stretching out in there" you rubbed your hand over your stomach. Bucky got down on his knees and pressed his head against your stomach, peppering kisses where the baby had kicked.
"Hey baby girl, I'm your papa" Bucky whispered against your stomach. "We are so excited to meet you," he added softly.
"Maybe it's best if you sit down," Cloud said, looking pointedly at the couch.
"I agree with Cloud," Uncle Brad said out loud. "He says it's best she sits down."
"Come on baby" Bucky got back up on his feet and led you to the couch to sit down. He propped you up with pillows on one side, leaving one side suspiciously open. He then laid down on the couch facing you, and put his head against your stomach again to whisper to the baby and feel the odd kick coming. Uncle Brad had a hard time holding the now wiry Blue who was adamant that he wanted to be with his family.
"I need to be with mama and papa" Blue let out a bark and Uncle Brad set him down on Bucky's hip. Blue carefully shimmied up Bucky's side until his head was on his shoulder and gave a soft whine. "I want to feel my baby sister" he whined.
"He wants to feel the baby" you whispered to Bucky. Bucky nodded and pulled up on Blue until he was on the other side of your stomach on your lap and he was leaned up against your protruding belly. She had stopped moving as much, but he seemed content to just lay there and sniff.
"Melody's babies are moving all the time" Sam grinned, watching the three of you.
"I can feel it sometimes in the bond" you smiled and nodded.
"Speaking of which" Melody went to Sam and licked his hand. He quickly got down on the floor and started rubbing her ribs and her stomach and she groaned happily.
"Are you taking them back with you?" Uncle Brad asked expectantly.
"I can't separate them again, we will have to keep you guys on speed dial for when Melody goes into labor" Bucky thought about it for a few minutes before responding. You let out a sigh of relief and moved enough that you could kiss him on top of his head, grateful for his decision. "We will need to stop by the pet store and grocery store first. Alpine needs a litter box and food, and the wolves need their steaks, and candy for all of em" Bucky continued thinking out loud.
"Let me go do that for you, jerk. You've got your hands full right now and Y/N needs some rest" Steve offered.
"I'll go with him, make it a quicker trip. Soren will stay here and be my eyes and ears, I'm looking at you pups" Uncle Brad said looking at all the pups down on the floor.
"But I want to come with daddy" Seraphina whined. Uncle Brad repeated it for Steve who gave a sigh and bent down to pick her up.
"Not today baby girl, but next time we go visit them you'll come with me. Okay?" he asked her and she gave a soft whine and licked his cheek.
"Okay" Seraphina whimpered as he put her back down. Sam stayed on the floor and continued showering Melody in affection, while Steve and Uncle Brad left quickly. You looked down at all the pups and they were playing or talking amongst themselves. Jasper and Snow were keeping an eye on all of them and making sure they behaved themselves. One of the pups barked for the door and only then did Sam get up and open the door. He left it open out of habit and you gave a slight shiver at the cold air coming in. Bucky sat up quickly and pulled off his sweater and wrapped it around you, even though you already had a sweater on before he laid down on your lap again.
"We will need to bring one of the SUV's with us instead, put all the seats down" Bucky mused.
"Thank you" you kissed the side of his cheek again.
"Anything for your doll" He gave his signature smirk and pressed his face against your stomach again, completely enamored with the feeling of the baby moving inside your body. Loki got up from his chair and went to the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a cup of tea for you to sip on. You thanked him and he nodded his head regally before he took a seat again. You saw he was watching you carefully, as though he were afraid you were going to break, and you could feel he was being protective. You felt loved in that moment, and didn't want the day to end.
