Uncle Brad arrives

You were in the living room with mama cooing over the entire pack and making sure that she took a moment to greet each of them. She finished with Blue who was very excited to see her, and she cooed over how big he had gotten and picked him up and carried him around the room like a baby. He was a bit big for it, and it looked a little awkward, but he was loving every moment of it. Vision and Wanda came into the room and Wanda went to mama for a hug, squishing Blue between the two of them.
"Where's the rest of the team?" mama asked quickly.
"Getting ready for company of course. They also wanted to make sure to leave Y/N the kitchen for the day since she just started cooking without a word" Wanda giggled.
"Yes, they know enough that the food is delicious and don't want to ruin it," Vision added quickly. "The presentation always makes me wish I could eat"
"Maybe one day" Mama grinned.
"Indeed" Vision didn't argue it. He closed his eyes for a moment and gave a small smile. "I sent a mass message to the team that you have arrived, the two resident princes are quite excited to meet you after hearing how you took care of them with all the home cooking last time you visited"
"I can't wait to meet them" mama sighed giving Blue a kiss on his muzzle.
"Nana, do you have candy?" Blue asked, sniffing at her.
"In my bags in the jet, I'll give you some candy later my little prince" she cooed to him.
"Papa says I have to stop eating so much candy" Blue ratted Bucky out. You whispered to Bucky what Blue said.
"That's because you eat too much before bed and then you have to go out a few times during the night, and I don't want you waking up your mama" Bucky didn't miss a beat in replying.
"Smart man" Billy chuckled.
"Smart pup, he knows where to get it" Cloud murmured to him.
"Steve?" Billy asked with a quirk of his ears.
"You know it" Cloud gave a small bark.
"I knew he was a softie" Billy wagged his tail. "Now I know where to get the goods too" he stretched a bit.
"Mama!" Scott came into the room with a bit of spring in his step, with Steve and Sam on his heels.
"Come give me a hug boys" she held out one hand. Bucky took Blue from her grasp and she held out both arms and hugged each of them as they got close. They took a moment after hugging her to also greet Billy. Steve immediately slipped him a treat. Seraphina came trotting into the room and started sniffing at Billy out of curiosity. "Who is this dear little girl?" mama asked, holding out her hand to Seraphina.
"One of my pups," Snow said proudly. "She lives with Steve now," she added.
"Where's the rest of the pups?" Mama asked, picking up Seraphina and pressing her forehead against her own. "I'm nana" she introduced herself.
"We left Zora with Koa and Cedar upstairs. I'll go get them" Vision offered. "We didn't want to over inundate you with all the voices"
"I'll get used to it, just like my daughter had to" mama cooed to Seraphina who was lapping up the additional attention.
"Nana, I want uppy too!" Blue sat down and howled.
"What's he want?" Bucky whispered to you.
"Uppy" you giggled and Bucky bent forward and picked him up.
"Come on little man, we need to go get nana's things from the jet" Bucky said to Blue. He stopped to give you a kiss on the cheek and made his way out of the room.
"We are going to go help" Steve gave mama a hug, quickly followed by Sam. The three men left the room and you gave a loud sigh.
"You'll be fine" mama promised and bounced Seraphina in her arms. "Oh!" she grinned as the sound of several voices filled the room a few minutes later.
"Where's our Songbird?" Uncle Brad asked loudly and you saw him come into the hallway with Soren on his shoulder, and his wife Melanie holding his hand. "There's our bride to be!" he boomed and Soren took flight and landed on your shoulder. He pressed his forehead against your own.
"He's talked about nothing else, it's been annoying" Soren whispered into your mind and you giggled.
"Yeah yeah, I know" uncle Brad huffed and pulled you into a hug. He had shaved off his beard and had a haircut since you had last seen him. He had certainly gotten ready for the celebration. Aunt Melanie was shorter than you, with long red hair and kind blue eyes.
"Hello sweetheart! It's been years" she gave you a hug. "We saw your dear Bucky outside and he seemed a little shy" she giggled. "Just wait for him to get used to this family" she added quickly. "Kids!" she called over her shoulder.
"We are coming mom, geez" the eldest, a boy named Austin with short red hair and freckles. He was close to eighteen now, with his companion Bravo, a golden retriever made their way to you. Annette who looked exactly like her mother, their middle child came carrying her black long haired cat named Aurora. She was now sixteen, and looked like she had a bit of an attitude already. Finally behind them came Joseph who had brown hair and green eyes, the youngest of thirteen and his companion a german shepherd named Kendra came down the hallway. Joseph looked like he was in awe, looking all around the hallway in his excitement.
"Y/N!" Joseph came running at you, and uncle Brad held out his hand to stop him from jumping on you.
"Hey you guys" you smiled and gave each of them a hug.
"I cannot believe you live here, it's amazing" Joseph exclaimed. "And you are marrying THE BUCKY BARNES?!" he said even louder.
"You literally just met him" Annette rolled her eyes.
"Did you see him? He looks like he could kick some serious ass" Austin smirked.
"Austin!" Aunt Melanie said a little harshly.
"I ain't wrong" he shrugged and looked down.
"Did you seriously take on five companions?" Annette asked, looking at the wolves curiously.
"Want to fight about it?" Melody asked with a soft growl.
"They chose me, yes" you gave a strained smile.
"I'm just saying, you could have taken on a cat" she shrugged in response, making Melody and Snow both bare their teeth.
"She's in her moody phase, don't worry. She's just hungry" Austin chuckled. "Come on Bravo, say hello first" he smirked.
"Hello, don't worry. We will be on our best behavior" Bravo came over and pushed his forehead against each wolf. Aurora and Kendra quickly followed. You got down on your knees and greeted them as well before you gave each of the kids a hug.
"Are they safe?" Joseph whispered to you, looking at the wolves. "I know Cloud but..." he looked at Jasper a little skeptically.
"This place is full of wolves, and they are all safe. Melody and Snow are protective" you assured him.
"Come here dear boy, if you scratch me behind the ears I'll lick your face while I'm at it" Melody sat back on her haunches and waited expectantly.
"You need to spill the tea on these wolves," Annette told you quickly.
"Tea?" you asked, a little surprised at the term.
"Gossip, I learned that one" uncle Brad chuckled. You waited patiently for uncle Brad, Aunt Melanie, and the three kids to greet Cloud, Jasper, Snow, and Melody. You knew aunt Melanie couldn't hear their words, but they were doing it out of respect.
"Where's the fifth one?" Joseph asked after everyone was done. You were starting to stress out a little, anticipating a lot of questions.
"You met him already, he's the little one running around Bucky's feet outside" uncle Brad chuckled.
"The one asking for candy?" Austin asked with a bit of a laugh.
"That would be our Blue" Cloud finally broke his silence.
"There's a lot of pups on the grounds, that don't exactly understand they are wolves" Jasper started to explain. "There's also a wolf pack that lives outside named the Shadow wolf pack you need to mind yourself with them. They are timid with humans. The Alpha's name is Brutus."
"Is this the pack that dear Sam takes care of?" Mama asked for confirmation while Uncle Brad filled in Aunt Melanie.
"Yes, you'll meet them on your morning walk. They are learning to play fetch" you gave a soft smile.
"Okay, I've waited long enough. Can I feel the baby bump?" Aunt Melanie asked.
"Sure, it's not that big yet" you flushed and she reached forward and rubbed the small bump with her hand.
"Hey doll" Bucky came back into the hallway alone, holding Blue like a baby.
"I still can't get over my cousin is marrying a superhero" Joseph looked at Bucky like he was starstruck.
"I'm not..." Bucky started, grimacing a little.
"You're our hero, and don't you forget it" Uncle Brad cut him off. "That's enough for me" he added.
"How much can you lift with that metal arm?" Austin asked, as though it was a conversation starter.
"Can I see the pup?" Annette asked politely, losing the attitude suddenly.
"Sure... I uh, I can lift a tank. Not sure how much that is" Bucky shrugged. "It's vibranium" he added, while handing Blue to Annette. Blue started growling playfully and licking her face and you knew that Blue had already won her over.
"I want to see him" Joseph pouted.
"He's a little heavy. I'll put him on the floor for you" Annette seemed to be straining a bit and she slowly put down Blue who was wriggling everywhere.
"You need to greet them properly, pup," Cloud reminded him. Blue huffed and sat down and waited patiently with his little tail wagging. Each family member went and pressed their foreheads against his and he finally broke when Uncle Brad went last. He licked him on the face and yipped happily.
"Okay, he's really cute," Annette giggled.
"Candy?" Blue sniffed at Uncle Brad's pockets.
"Smart too" Uncle Brad took out five treats and gave them to each wolf, starting with Blue.
"Is it true you cooked?" Austin asked hopefully.
"Yes, it's ready in the dining room. Did you want to see your rooms first?" you asked.
"No way, I'm starving and I want to meet your team" he shook his head.
"Alright, we will clean out the jet after" Bucky nodded and took your hand, giving your hand a soft kiss. "Let's eat" he added with a broad smile on his face.
