When you got back to your room Steve was standing outside the door with a soft smile on his face.
"I was wondering where you two went off to" he greeted you both.
"Snow had to tell the boys that the pups were going to live with them" Bucky grinned, reaching down to pat Jasper on top of the head.
"I was coming over to visit Seraphina," Steve admitted.
"Give the man a wolf, and he forgets his best friend" Bucky chuckled.
"Just like you did the moment you started helping Y/N with Blue?" Steve raised an eyebrow and Bucky bit back a grin and nodded in agreement.
"If it wasn't for the little guy I don't know if I would have my fiancee this quickly" Bucky admitted.
"You did show your true colors after Blue came around" you nodded in quick agreement. "If I hadn't seen that side of you, I would probably still tip toeing around you" you admitted.
"Thank God for Blue" Bucky leaned over and kissed you on the cheek.
"Come on in Stevie" you invited him in, and he nodded while Bucky let out a soft groan in response. "You can wait," you whispered to him. He pulled you back against him while Steve walked into the suite with Snow and Jasper, and he pressed his body against yours. You could feel he was rock solid against you, and you hummed softly and put your hands over his on your hips.
"I'm barely holding on" he groaned in your ear and you giggled while dancing away from him. Steve's face flushed a little bit as he looked up in surprise.
"Is it a bad time?" he asked a little worriedly as he was reaching for Seraphina.
"Not at all, did you want something to drink?" you asked heading into the kitchenette, and saw Bucky huff slightly.
"Just water, thank you" Steve got down on the floor, not paying attention to Bucky. You grabbed three bottles of water and came back in, handing one to Steve and one to Bucky. Bucky sat down on the couch since Melody and Cloud had taken up the love seat. You went to sit in the chair to give him a moment to cool off, but Bucky nabbed you by the back pocket of your jeans and pulled you back until you nearly fell back on top of him. He grinned victoriously when you giggled and just sat down next to him. He quickly put his arm around you and kissed the side of your head. Blue brought over one of his toys to play tug with the pups and Zephyr was quick to start playing with him. Seraphina was happy being cuddled in Steve's arms. Snow and Jasper were trying to keep Koa and Cedar entertained, but the two pups were fighting over one of the stuffed toys. You could hear Snow telling them they had to share, but they weren't listening. Jasper finally reached between the two pups and gingerly took the toy in his teeth and stood up to his full height, taking away the toy. Both pups whined loudly that it wasn't fair. He finally gave back the toy and they played with it, trying not to tear it to pieces.
"Come here doll" Bucky tapped his lap while you were paying attention to the pack.
"I'm already right here" you giggled. He rolled his eyes and grabbed you on either side of your hips and easily picked you up and paced you back on his lap. You scooted on his lap so you were sitting sideways so you could still see Steve properly, and you laid your head on Bucky's shoulder. He ran his hand up and down your side, keeping you cemented to his lap and hummed happily to himself.
"Do you two need a babysitter again tonight?" Steve asked, taking in Bucky's demeanor.
"Mama no!" Blue whined and jumped up onto your lap. "I want to stay home," he growled.
Bucky looked at you and sighed. "No, not for the night. I wouldn't say no to an hour" Bucky said a little hopefully.
"That's all you need?" Steve asked in surprise.
"She needs her companions," Bucky shrugged. "To be honest we can just close the bedroom door too"
"Whatever you need," Steve shrugged. "I know Blue doesn't like the separation"
"He is the only one that doesn't take it in stride. He's still learning" you cooed to Blue, giving him a kiss on the tip of his nose. Bucky pet Blue affectionately, while placing a kiss on your forehead.
"He seems to love the treats when he comes over," Steve grinned.
"I think that's one of the things he looks forward to" you giggled as Bucky's beard tickled your face.
"Maybe we should try different flavors going forward," Steve mused out loud.
"We could" you nodded in quick agreement.
"I did buy the first bag on a whim, they all just ended up loving them" Bucky quickly gave his input.
"Since you aren't going to the store, we should look online at PetSmart to see what they have." You reached behind you to grab the tablet and handed it to Bucky. You felt a little bad at how much money the pair of you were spending today, but sighed internally at it. Bucky placed the tablet on your lap and maneuvered through the screens with his right hand, taking his sweet time. His left arm never left being around you, if anything he seemed to hold you in a little tighter. The three of you sat in silence while the wolves conversed amongst themselves. Blue was busy down on the floor with Zephyr again while Bucky was on the tablet. You saw Bucky putting in his credit card information as though he had it memorized and bought a few more bags of dog treats. He had gone with higher end kinds, trying to make sure they were healthy as possible. Steve finished his bottle of water and seemed content for the night. It was getting late, and you knew it was almost bedtime.
"Want me to take Blue for an hour?" Steve looked up, putting down Seraphina and getting ready to go.
"If you don't mind" Bucky quickly accepted and tapped the side of your lap.
"Papa!" Blue started to argue.
"He doesn't hear you the way mama does little one" Melody reminded him, sounding a little exasperated. "We will come with you, it's only for an hour"
"Do I get candy?" Blue demanded.
"Yes, you can have candy at Uncle Steve's" you nodded, speaking out loud for everyone's benefit. Steve picked up Blue who seemed more than willing to go now that there were treats involved, while Melody and Cloud followed Steve out of the suite.
"I'll come and get them" Bucky called to Steve as he closed the door. You barely heard Steve's response before Bucky's hands went to your hips and he pulled you so your back was against his torso and he started giving you an open mouthed kiss on the back of your neck, moving down to your collarbone where he usually bit, and he gave you a promising nip on the already faded bruise. His semi erection started becoming a full one as you rolled your hips in his lap.
"Bathroom, Luna" he ordered, giving a soft slap on the side of your hip. You quickly got up and jumped over all the wolves on the floor.
"Don't forget the door Luna" Snow called to you.
