Six Months Later
ESCHEWAL AND DEUCE SIT in silence with music humming in the background. Deuce waits for any potential girls to walk past the car so that he can talk them into having sex with him later on in the night. Eschewal hopes to see the girl in the park, as he believes hanging out on street corners will raise his chances of seeing her. He has been doing this now for the past couple of months.
He looks out of his car window, and his stomach twists. He shakes his head. He has had enough. He wants to give up on his search for the girl in the park, but his heart will not let him. He feels like screaming. He looks over at Deuce. "Oi, rudeboy, there's nothing out here," he states with a frustrated tone.
Just before Deuce can retort, a sexy girl steps past the car. "Oh shit, look at that..."
Eschewal twists his head around and brings into view the girl's juicy, fat, plump backside.
Deuce says, "Rah, I'm gonna call her." He pops the door and springs out. "Oi, oi, oi," he hollers. "Oi, baby girl..."
The girl takes no notice of his cry because for one reason: her name is not, Oi. She keeps her head straight and wiggles her way up the road.
Deuce yells for her attention one last time, then gives up and spits abuse, "Cha, anyway, suck yourself. You're going on like you're nice like your shit don't stink." He jumps back in the car, his pride dented. He sucks his teeth. "You see me, though, bruv, try go on like she's nice with her lean-up shoes." He again sucks his teeth.
Eschewal shakes his head and laughs.
Like an actor changing into roles, Deuce wipes the vexation from his face and dons a smile. He rolls the window fully down and gets ready to talk. "Hello, hello." He gets the attention of a young-looking girl wearing tight-fitted jeans and a low-cut top. She stops and turns towards the window.
"What's up pretty, wha gwan?"
The girl smiles and moves a bit closer.
Deuce sticks his hand out the window and shakes the girl's hand. "So what's your name then, pretty?"
"Nina," replies the girl.
Deuce nods. "Mmmm, Nina, yeah, you look good, though, innit, Nina? Can I get your number?"
Nina shakes her head. "Nah, I can't..."
"Why, have you got a boyfriend?"
"Yeah, I got a boyfriend, and he wouldn't be too happy with me chatting to next man, innit."
Deuce smirks. "Alright, babes. I'm not gonna hold you up any longer. I'm gonna let you go."
A slight disappointment flashes across Nina's face; she wants a bit more attention. She waves, turns on her heels, and says, "Bye."
Moments later, Deuce shrieks, "Oh shit... Look at them two chicks, blood."
"Where?" says Eschewal, bending his neck and trying to spot the girls.
"Over there, crossing the road."
Eschewal spots the two thick-body girls, both wearing short skirts.
"Come, man, let's jump out and call them," demands Deuce.
"Hold on, man, wait until they cross the road, man."
Deuce sucks his teeth. "You're going on like you're frightened," then hops out of the car.
Eschewal stays seated and watches.
"Oi," bellows Deuce, getting the girls' attention just before they can swerve off to the right and walk down the main road. They look towards him; he waves them over. The girls grab each other by the arm and stroll towards Deuce with grins.
