y/n, minji, and hanni had been friends since they were young. they grew up in the same neighborhood and spent most of their summer nights together. they would play games, tell ghost stories, and just enjoy each other's company.

on a warm summer evening, hanni and minji decided to sneak out of their houses and sleepover at y/n's house.

y/n let them in and they sat outside in the garden watching the empty streets, listening to the sound of crickets and watching the stars twinkle above them. the streets were deserted and dark.

"let's play truth or dare!" hanni suggested.

y/n and minji agreed, and they began taking turns asking each other questions and completing dares. the game started off innocently enough.

"what's your biggest fear?" minji started off the game and asked hanni. the questions started off really simple and innocent, but as the game continued, the questions and dares became more personal.

hanni asked y/n if she had a crush on anyone, and y/n blushed as she admitted that she did. hanni's eyes flickered with interest, and she asked y/n who it was.

y/n hesitated for a moment, pondering if she should say it. upon seeing how excited hanni was, she decided to say it.

"it's you," y/n said softly, looking at hanni with a shy smile.

hanni's eyes widened in surprise, and minji gasped.

"i knew it!" minji exclaimed. "I could tell by the way you look at her."

"really?" y/n asked as she felt her cheeks burn. hanni was looking at her with a mix of surprise and curiosity.

y/n looked at minii and could see that minji's eyes seemed sad. she couldn't help but notice the way minji was looking at her too. she could feel minji's eyes on her, and it made her feel both flattered and uncomfortable.

as the night came to an end, y/n found herself torn between her feelings for hanni and the attention she was getting from minji. she tried to ignore her confusion and focus on her friendship with both of them, but it only seemed to make things worse.

however, at the end of the day, y/n realised that her heart belonged to hanni. she loved the way hanni made her feel, and she knew that she wanted to be with her.

"hanni, will you go out with me?" y/n asked when she was alone with hanni.

hanni looked at y/n with surprise and happiness in her eyes. "yes, of course i will!" she said with a smile, leaning in to give y/n a gentle kiss on the lips.

y/n felt her heart skip a beat as she felt the warmth of hanni's lips against hers. she knew in that moment that she had made the right choice.

as they pulled away from the kiss, hanni took y/n's hand and looked deeply into her eyes. "i've had feelings for you for a long time, y/n," she said softly. "i just didn't know if you felt the same way."

y/n smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. "i do feel the same way, hanni," she admitted. "i just wasn't sure how to tell you."

the two girls sat there in silence for a moment, just enjoying each other's company. it was a beautiful summer evening, and the stars were shining brightly overhead.

eventually, they heard a rustling in the bushes nearby and saw minji emerge from the shadows. she looked sad and alone, and y/n couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt in her heart.

"hey, minji," y/n said softly, motioning for her to come over. "are you okay?"

minji shrugged, looking down at her feet. "i'm fine," she said, but her voice was low and sad.

y/n knew that something was wrong, but she didn't want to push her friend. instead, she just put her arm around minji's shoulder and held her close.

"listen, minji," hanni said gently. "y/n and i are together now, but that doesn't mean we don't love you. you're still our friend, and we care about you."

minji looked up, her eyes filled with tears. "i know," she said softly. "it's just that i don't want to be just friends... with y/n."

y/n felt her heart sink at minji's words. she didn't want to hurt her friend, but she couldn't deny her feelings for hanni either.

"i'm sorry, minji," y/n said softly. "i care about you deeply, but my heart belongs to hanni."

minji nodded, tears streaming down her face. "i understand," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

y/n hugged minji tightly, feeling guilty for causing her pain. she knew that their friendship would never be the same again, but she hoped that they could eventually find a way to move forward.

as the three girls sat there in silence, y/n couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness and regret. she wished that things could be different, but she knew that she couldn't change the way she felt.

y/n walked upstairs with hanni, hand in hand, feeling both happy and conflicted. minji was following them closely from behind, head hanging low.

hanni shot her a smile which y/n returned. she felt a pang of guilt when she glanced behind, seeing minji alone.

she knew that she loved hanni, but she also knew that her friendship with minji had been forever changed with her confession.
