Wonderland

When dawn came, they were expected to be in the best of scenarios in hades, however when the sun appeared they did not find the apocalypse waiting for them.

Rashid had fallen asleep on a giant mushroom, although he didn't know what the end of the world looked like, he thought that when he opened his eyes it would be cosmic dust. It seemed to be a dream, but Maleficent was still there and if it was a dream he would never dream of the evil mistress.

"Maleficent." He called to the woman so that she would wake up and speak that it was all not imagination. "Maleficent!"

"What is it? Can't I even sleep in peace since everyone is going to die?"

Cussed the man angrily for being awakened.

"Maleficent the world did not end."

He affirmed, still doubtful.

"I know, you must be sleepwalking." When she opened her eyes and realized it was daylight she was startled "The world did not end."

"No, the Book was not destroyed!" He shouted happily. "I need to do something."

"What?"

She asked indifferently.

"Bye."

Rashid disappeared from her sight, who didn't understand a thing.

"Okay, I don't think I need that anymore." Like sheets of paper Maleficent snapped the iron cuffs in half. "Never underestimate powerful roses, now where do I go?"

Unknown Place

"Merlin! Merlin!"

Rashid shouted in desperation to find the wizard

"Rashid!" The old magician hugged the former student he considered a friend tightly, "We didn't die!"

"That's right, and I will celebrate that for the rest of my life, but now I need the potion you made to paralyze Ruby."

"What for?"

"You'll know soon enough, trust me."

"Of course."

She handed the small glass to him who wasted no time and went after his friend, who was also the keeper of the Book.

Auradon

"That's not possible."

Ruby had been speaking the same sentence for hours, after trying to tear the golden page from the Book

"Give it up Ruby."

Cirse spoke already crying and wailing.

"It was you." She pointed her finger in Cedric's face who had only miraculously not passed out. "It's your fault!"

"Only if you had let go of me without my seeing." The debauched comment earned him a big slap in the face. "I don't have all that power, that was the Book."

"Ruby that's useless, that page is enchanted with true love."

"We can take all the others out."

"But that one will still be there."

"And if I may speak, you could never destroy Book, it is all forged by magic of true love." Cedric said the reason he was not afraid at any point, despite being almost disfigured. "When the tale of Maleficent was manipulated, what was altered was the story, not the Book."
