Shehnaaz  was missing her best friend jasmine  and was grieving over the fact that she wouldn't be able to attend her wedding. Before she made the decision to become a surrogate mother, Shehnaaz  and Jasmine had planned so many things that they would do together at Jasmine's wedding. They had even planned the bridesmaid outfits and the reception party.

Shehnaaz had warned Jasmine to avoid planning everything too early, but she had some other plans.

Flashback:

"Since you will be my bridesmaid, anyone from Aly's friends or cousins might lose their heart to you and then... both of us could get married on the same day. How exciting, right? " Jasmine  then excitedly shared

"These are the adverse effects of watching too many rom-com movies. You always have the tendency to imagine situations that cannot be executed in real life. How many times do I have to hold your hand and drag you out of your imaginary world?" Shehnaaz laughed.

"My darling, imaginations are way better than reality. At times, our life gives rise to circumstances that we cannot get over. But in stories, we can have the life of our dreams. We definitely cannot change reality, but isn't it fair to imagine a dreamy world outside of the circumstances just to please our hearts? A world where we write about tomorrow and cherish the present that we have, " Jasmine exclaimed."

Hearing Jasmine's words, Shehnaaz's gaze widened in surprise." Oh my God, I didn't know that you could do such sensible and deep talks about life. I am impressed," Shehnaaz remarked, and both the girls burst into laughter.

Flashback ends

Shehnaaz  was sitting on the balcony on her swing. She was thinking about the good old days that she had spent with Jasmine . Shehnaaz thought about what she would have been doing if she were at Jasmine's place attending her wedding. She was upset that she had missed the wedding rituals, the exquisitely delicious meals, and so much fun.

Shehnaaz had spent hours sitting on the swing and grieving. She was just glancing continuously at the sky. The sun had set and it had grown dark. She remembered that Sidharth had told her that he would be back home in the evening. Shehnaaz was still uncertain if he would keep his word. Shehnaaz got down from the swing and made her way to her room.

After a while, she strolled towards the living room and sat on the couch. She grabbed a magazine and began reading it. She was waiting for Sidharth. Meanwhile, she asked Rose to prepare dinner for both of them.

While waiting for Sidharth, she frequently stole glances at her watch and was worried about whether Sidharth would come home or not. She rested her back on the couch and closed her eyes. She had been thinking about Sidharth all this time.
