Tumandang dalaga dahil masyadong naging career centered. She can just relax, and or travel, and not work anymore because she is already in her 60's pero mas gusto niya paring magkaroon ng pagkakaabalahan.
She have two branches here in metro at plano niya pang mag extend, pero hindi na pinayagan dahil masyado itong hands on sa negosyo. Andrea's family doesn't want her to work anymore because of her illness.
"Good evening, Sevie!" Gerald, one of the waiters greeted me upon entering our locker room.
"Magandang gabi rin." If there is someone who is persistent in courting me, it is Gerald.
I actually already told him to stop whatever he's doing pero hindi ko mapigilan. He kept on creating his reasons hanggang sa nagsawa na rin akong marinig ng paulit-ulit ang mga rason niya.
He is handsome and smart but I just do not feel anything for him.
I am trying to avoid him. But it seems like, he is waiting for my arrival. His schedule is different from mine, ako ang papalit sa kanyang shift ngayon.
"Natanggap mo ba yung linuto kong dinner sayo noong linggo."
I can't even look at him, the more persistent he is, the more disgusting he is to me.
He chuckled beside me.
I look at him dryly.
I heard him sigh. He said those words pleadingly.
I lost count already. And it's getting uncomfortable each time.
I thank God when he left the shop. Mas komportable na gumawa at gumalaw kapag wala siya.
The shop is usually filled with students at night. Mga nagrereview sa exam o may mga kikitaing kaibigan or for a simple coffee.
Panay irap lamang ang nakukuha ko sa kanila, and I don't even know the source of their hatred. I have a hunch pero ayaw ko na lang din mag overthink. They are not as friendly as I thought.
And it's fine for me, it is more than enough for me that I have friends at school and of course, Gracie.
"One large cup of white mocha latte please. Without whipped cream, Miss."
I am very much familiar with that voice. I am wearing a white cap with a hole on top of it as a part of our uniform. He might not have recognized me yet or maybe...is he stalking me?...Pero imposible.
