Author's Note at the End :(

December 25th, 2016:

I woke up on the couch of the boys' dorm with my arm hanging off the couch and being held onto by Taehyung who was on the floor out to the world. I slowly get my hand out of his grip and sit up. It looked like some members had made it to their bedrooms, and some had decided to sleep in the living area either on the floor or on the dining chairs.

I got up and went to their bathroom to get ready. While it might have been Christmas, we still had rehearsals for the upcoming award shows. We couldn't slack off. Only Yoongi would be sleeping in because he was still recovering from his injury.

Quickly, more of the boys woke up and started getting ready. I took the time to answer all the Merry Christmas texts I had received. I again half expected there to be one from Timothée, but it was still radio silence from him. I debated whether to be the one to do it but decided against it. There was a reason he wasn't doing it and we had to respect each other's boundaries. We weren't dating anymore and there was no reason for me to keep in contact with him anyways. I had to move on.

"Hey," Namjoon came to sit next to me smiling as the rest of the maknae line rushed around to get ready before Sejin got here.

"Hey," I smile back, "Merry Christmas".

"Merry Christmas," he pats my thigh, "I just wanted to say before things get hectic again, and Jungkook shames us for our cringy thank you's," he chuckles, "that I am really proud of you. Like... what you've been through these past couple of months... you're an amazing person... I can't quite put it into words, this is weird for me... but, just know that I've seen the growth, I've seen the struggle, and I've seen the fight. To think of the small little girl I met in the hallway before that assignment, gosh... she'd be so shocked to see what you've become. You're a full-grown woman now.  It's truly impressive and, honestly, you've deserved so much better, but you've dealt with it amazingly. I know I could probably have done more, have helped you more at times... but I'm really proud and honoured you're in BTS, really. I see the work you're trying to put in yourself and it makes me want to better myself too, so thank you".

I look at him stunned by the heartfelt words. It was also indeed strange to see Namjoon not able to put his feelings into words.

"Wow... I... wow," I say, at a loss for words as well, "thanks oppa, it means a lot, it really does," I nod genuinely, "and you did everything you could to support me, don't you dare think you could've done more".

He just smiles sadly and pats my shoulder, looking at me with utter pride and love.

"Alright," he shouts standing up and looking away, "Jimin, where you at? You ready?"

----------------------------------

I got back to my dorm after rehearsal and tiredly sit down on my couch. I look over to the small pile of presents that had formed in the corner near the stairs. There were presents from my dad, sister, grandfather, all the boys' families, Jieun (IU), Jiyong (G-Dragon), Jeonghwa, and SinB, and Hwasa.

Earlier, the boys' and I had given each other presents. I had gotten Seokjin and Jimin nice, designer jackets. Jungkook, I had gotten him a gift card to get more accessories for his games and a new gamer keyboard. I got Hoseok some Balenciaga shoes that I went in on with the rest of the maknae line. For Namjoon, I went for a nice trendy vegan leather bag. Finally, for Yoongi, I got him a fancy notebook and pen, to help with his lyric writing, the papers were easily detachable and the pen was erasable along with an office chair pillow for his studio.
