His eyes meet mine for a second before I look down. I remember he just left without any explanation at all yesterday. I can hear how he goes to me. Soon I can see his shoes on the ground before me. And suddenly he wraps his strong arms around me and pulls me into a big hug.
L: I'm sorry for leaving you just like that. Please forgive me Amarië.
He wispers with his lips against my head. How can I not forgive him? He is just so... It's hard to find the right words to describe him.
A: Of course.
I wisper against his chest. He releases me from the hug and takes my hand with a smile. He leans forward and kisses my forehead. Then he leads me to the blanket. We sit down to eat, but I'm curious. Why did he leave?
A: Why did you leave?
I ask him. He looks down before answering.
L: I got angry that you lied, but later I realised that you might be confused. You were locked up for two weeks and maybe you lost your grip of dream and reality.
He answers and looks up at me with an understanding smile. I can't believe my ears. Did he just say that I was confused or that I didn't tell the truth.
