❤️️️️️Amariës point of view❤️
L: Amarië!
He wispers relived. I try to speak, but my throat is to dry.
A: W...w...water.
I stutter low. Legolas looks confused and I try to speak again. He leans forward to hear better, but before I say it a third time someone shoves a cup of water into his hand.
T: She needs water Legolas, she has lost a lot of blood and is hydrated. You should know that.
The king says. Legolas eyes lit up when he understands what I tried to say, but he also looks a little embarrassed because he forgot about it. He helps me to sit up and than gives me the glass. I drink it all in one go. After that I feel a little better, even though my throat hurts so bad. My eyes wander around the room and stop at the king. He studies my face and every move I make with worry. Does he still think after all this that I would hurt Legolas?
A: My lord, I would never harm Legolas.
I wisper and look him straight in the eyes. At first he looks confused, but then a smile appears on his lips.
T: I know you wouldn't. I'm just worried about you.
Does the king know how to read minds... That was exactly what I wondered. He starts to laugh at my face. I probably look quite shocked. Legolas takes my hand and turns to his father with a face that is confused and suspicious.
L: What did I miss?
He asks.
T: She thought that I was worried that she might harm you.
He answers still smiling at me. I just have to ask;
A: Do you read minds?
That makes him laugh again and not just him, Legolas starts to laugh as well and I can't keep myself from smiling about my stupid question.
T: No child, I'm only good at reading peoples emotions and thinking logical.
He answers me amused. Legolas carefully wraps his arms around me and very gently lifts me up onto his lap. There I lean my head against his shoulder. Feeling safe and happy.
