Call Me Yours (Yandere x Reader Oneshots)

(Tertiary) Elemental Series: M. ????? x F. Fiancee

A/n: Let's play another guessing game! This magical creature is in the tertiary tier, different from primary (air, water, fire, earth, aether) and secondary (lightning and ice). There are two elementals in the tertiary tier. See if you can figure out what this one is. 

The Insatiable series has one of these creatures in it, too! And, if by chance, you're wondering where the Ice Elemental Oneshot is, that one has yet to be published. This is because the Ice Elemental is very, very, verrrry important to Insatiable, so I'll wait for a bit longer for that one.

The young prince stared ahead, eyes glimmering at the girl in front of him. She was small, shy, and innocent; all things that made his heart squeeze pleasantly. Confused at the emotion, he gripped at his tunic, his face becoming progressively more red. The brunette moved to greet her, only for the small girl to shiver and begin tearing up. She was so delicate. The prince's heart started thumping harder, his mother kneeling down by his side with a gentle smile as she motioned to the girl.

"My precious boy," she sighed with joy, caressing his cheek lovingly, "This shall be your fiancée."

"What's that?"

The elegant woman moved to take the shy girl's hand. The small thing moved forward cautiously but with curiosity, the prince glowing in adoration. His mother placed his hand on hers, the two of them instinctively locking fingers. All of a sudden, both of their faces became beet red, their hearts beating quickly. Still, they did not part. Rather, their grips on one another became tighter, as if the other would slip away from them. The woman smiled with pure, unadulterated happiness.

"She will be with you through thick and thin, joy and pain, highs and lows, and so much more. You will love one another and cherish one another. The two of you will be able to overcome anything. No matter the hardships in the future, if you are together, nothing will be able to stand in your way. You two are written in the stars."

The king gripped his hands into fists, steeling his resolve. With unyielding anger, he darted his eyes down to the person in front of him who was groveling like an animal. They whimpered and cried, stifling both. The sacrificial thing knew he wouldn't hesitate to kill them should he become enraged. As a result, they quieted themselves despite the pain. Even as he placed his shoe on their head, pushing it into the dungeon floor, they made only a small squeak of pain. Though, of course, they were in agony, their wounds from the last session having yet to heal.

"You are a liar!" he screamed, the slave trembling under him, "Useless, worthless...thieving scum!"

"Yes."

The brunette removed his shoe from their form, his gaze becoming more focused. He then kneeled down to the captive, narrowing his eyes in unyielding hatred. Quick to grab at their cheeks, he pinched them painfully in a rough, tight grasp that had no mercy in it. They were forced to look up at him, eyes watering out of fear. The slave believed their sad, pathetic life was coming to an end, beginning to cry silently. At the very least, they hoped it wouldn't be painful; that he would show the tiniest bit of mercy despite his title of tyrant.

However, Jade had never known the word "mercy". It never came naturally to him at all, not even since he was a child. All he knew was to take and take, never to yield to the needs of others. As a result, his prisoners were his playthings, his people were his sacrifices, and his land was his to set ablaze as he liked. Even other lands were not spared. He would simply invade and kill and conquer and torment because that was all he knew. A sadistic grin spread from one side of his face to the other as he gazed down at the toy beneath him. They were already a shadow of what they once were, but there was still so much he could do.
