Y/N loves cherries. She loves them so much her nickname is 'cherry'. They've always been her favorite food, fruit, snack, etc. She always have to have it in her lunch everyday.

Y/N walks over to the lunch table and sits at her usual spot, right next to Bill. Also, to her left is her best friend, Via.

"Hi guys!" Y/N sets down her lunch box on the table and gave a small wave.

"Yo Cherry!" Tom reaches in Y/N's lunch box for a cherry and pops one in his mouth. She gives him a death glare.

"Wait, let me guess what's in your lunch box," Tom pretends to think really hard, "a sandwich, caprisun, chips, and... OH! Cherries."

Y/N rolls her eyes and says, "I have the same thing everyday, that's not far!" He just laughs and takes a bite of his pizza.

"Hey, leave Y/N alone!" Bill playfully pushes Tom from across the table. Tom mocks Bill and they argue for a bit, they usually do this. Y/N and Via just ignore them and talk.

"Are you two done now?" Via crosses her arms and tries to keep a straight face. But, she ends up laughing, making the whole table laugh.

Y/N giggled before asking, "do you want some cherries, Bill?" She slid over her small container of half eaten cherries.

"Thank you," Bill takes a cherry and blushes. She smiles and goes back to the conversation her and Via were having.

"Hey! But, I can't have one?" Tom throws his arms up and gives out a dramatic gasp. Y/N laughs and shrugs.

Bill could feel someone looking at him. He turns his head. He sees Tom giving his usual scary stare and smirk.

"You're redder than the cherry, Bill!" Tom's voice was on the borderline of whispering and normal talking. Bill shushes him and talks to Gustav who just arrived at the table.

Lunch was coming to an end and Y/N's lips are stained a light shade of red. Which, after failed attempts to wipe it off, it's still there.

"See ya, Cherry and Bill!" Georg yells out and walks with Via, Gustav, and Tom. They had the same class together.

It was the next day, next lunch period. But, this time it was different.

"Come on, Bill! It's the last day before summer break, you have to tell Y/N how you feel." Tom nudges Bill as they walk into the cafeteria.

Bill's heart is practically pounding out of his chest. He's holding his lunch box and a wrapped box.

"Hi, boys!" Y/N says as she sees the twins sit down, but she notices Bill nervous. Her first instinct was to put her hand in his shoulder and comfort him.

"Are you alright, Bill? Do you want my water? Do you want a bite of my sandwich? Do you want my cherries?" Her worried eyes scanning Bill up and down.

"Umm, no. I'm okay actually." Bill puts the box on the table. Y/N tilts her head in curiosity.

"Y/N, I really like you. I've always liked you ever since we've met," he blushes and bites his bottom lip.

She smiles, "I've always liked you too, Bill!" She hugs him.

Bill hands her the box. Y/N gasps at all the cherries and cherry flavored candies.

"Thank you! This is so sweet." She gives Bill a kiss on his cheek with her cherry-stained lips.

"You're welcome, cherry." Bill smiles and grabs her hand.
