Bill was getting ready for a date with Y/N. His dreads were laying perfectly against his long black hair. Adding a little more black eyeshadow under his eye, before heading out to meet up with Y/N. He had flowers ready for her, he placed it gently in the passenger seat, where she would see when she gets in his car.

"Bill!" Y/N closes the door behind her and smiles at the sight of her fiancé. She was wearing a sun dress that complimented her skin tone well. Everything about her was perfect, perfect for Bill.

"Perle (pearl), how are you?" Bill asks as Y/N reaches out to the flowers on the passenger seat.

"Great, because I'm here with you." She smiles that beautiful smile Bill was marrying. Y/N felt so lucky to have Bill, Bill felt lucky to have her. They shared a kiss before heading to the park where they first met.

He drove with a big smile on his face, one hand on Y/N's thigh. She was laughing and singing along to a song on the radio. Bill admired her when they stop at the traffic lights, distracted a bit. Y/N would have to remind him some times.

It was silent as Bill drove, one hand was on a picnic basket to keep it steady. His eyes were focused on the road, nothing to distract him from the traffic lights.

Y/N's voice was soothing to Bill's ears, he even sang along too. Admiring her was one of Bill's favorite hobbies. He could look at her forever.

"I'm so excited to marry you. Your name will be Mrs. Kaulitz." Bill smiled sneaking a kiss on her neck as she is distracted by the garden outside of her window.

"As long as I'm marrying you, I don't care what people call me. As long as you keep calling me yours." She smiles that bright smile again, making Bill's heart flutter every time. Even though they been together for so long, Y/N always finds a way to make Bill feel like a little boy with a big crush.

Finally, they make it to the park where they met. It kind of ruined the mood because there was a cemetery near it, but it didn't matter it complimented the park a lot.

"I love you, Y/N." Bill says as she evens out the blanket on the grass. Y/N smiles and gives him a kiss.

"I love you too, Bill. I wanted to spend every moment with you, I don't care if we fight, I will always love you." She caresses his face as they share eye contact. Bill smashes his lips into Y/N's, which makes her fall on her back. He falls with her and they both share their laughs. Still kissing each other passionately.

Bill unlocks the car and brings the picnic basket with flowers. He wanted to surprise Y/N, Bill didn't tell her that he was doing this. He walks through the park with loving couples surrounding him, he smiles.

"Hello?" Bill receives a call from a number. He answers it and rushes to his car. Driving with tears forming in his eyes. Bill didn't care if he was going over the speed limit. He needed to see Y/N.

He arrived to the hospital and checked in to see Y/N. Doctors were surrounding her and the machines were beeping and there were tubs coming in and out of her. Blood bags attached to her with an oxygen mask over her face.

"Y/N..." Bill didn't care that he was crying and his makeup was messed up. He just wanted to see Y/N. Bill caressed her cheek as she was barely breathing.

The doctors and nurses explained that she was in a terrible accident not too long ago. He looked over at the table and saw the engagement ring with blood splats all over it. Bill couldn't stop crying. The nurses reassured him that it'll be okay.

Bill was walking to the cemetery next to the park with the basket and flowers in his hands.

"I miss you, Y/N." He walked up to her grave. Bill could practically hear the line going flat at the hospital all over again. Tears were forming in his eyes as he placed down her favorite flowers.

"I don't think I can love anyone else, Y/N. I really miss you. It's been 6 months, but it feels like just yesterday I got the call." He traced his fingers over the engraved letters of her name. Tears were blurring his vision as he thinks about her.

"I love you." He grabbed out her favorite snacks and ate it, just like if she was right there still. His sadness blocked out every outside noise. Right now, it was just him and her.

"Will you marry me, Y/N?" Bill was on one knee with the ring of her dreams.

"Yes, I love you Bill." She accepted as Bill grabbing Y/N and spun her in the air.

"I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Y/N said before kissing Bill on the lips passionately.

Bill looking down at the engagement band around his ring finger. A tear from his cheek lands on it as he admires that he engraved her name inside of it.

Y/N slowly walked out of the bathroom with something in her hand. Bill looked he looked at her in confusing because she was smiling so much.

"Bill..." She sat down on the bed next to him. Y/N showed that she was pregnant. It was an accident, but Bill was so happy. They decided to keep the baby.

"Oh my gosh." Bill was in disbelief and immediately hugged Y/N tightly.

"I love you so much." He couldn't stop kissing her.

"I love you more, Bill." She smiled against Bill's kisses and cried tears of joy.

"What name would we pick?" Bill wondered as he sat looking at her grave stone.

"I wish I at least knew the gender, but it was way too early. You were only a month in." He looked down at his lap as he watched the tears dampened his pants.

"I love you, Y/N. I'll always will, someday we'll be together again. In another universe, you are alive and we are getting married, right now." Bill was looking down at the date engraved in his engagement band. It was the date of their future wedding, that date is today.
