The next morning I woke to feel arms tightening around my waist and legs intertwined with my own. I peek out one eye to look and see Erin lying on my chest and my arms wrapped around her to her back. Her hair is on her face and she stirs a little as it appears to be tickling her nose. I remove the hair from her face and look down at her lightly freckled cheeks and smile to myself as I watch her sleep.

"You know it's rude to stare," she says softly into my chest and I chuckle.

"Of course you're awake," I say. She looks up at me with a lazy smile and her eyes are glittering with amusement.

"We both know that I always wake up before you," she says with a full grin. I scoff and roll my eyes.

"That's just because you used to live with Gibbs and the man doesn't ever appear to sleep," I argue and she laughs. I smile as I watch her laugh.

"So, what are the plans for the next two weeks?" She asks as she rests her chin on the back of her hand sitting on my chest. I look at her and then look up towards the ceiling as if I'm thinking hard about the idea.

"How about we stay in bed and sleep the whole time?" I ask with a grin and she rolls her eyes.

"There must be something else that could be done," she says and I quirk a brow at her.

"Slow down there Italian Stallion," she says and I laugh causing her to shake and move as the laughter moves through my chest, and she joins.

"Well, I was thinking of going by Gibbs' place to pick up your things, if you want," I say after we settle our laughter.

She sits up a bit and ponders for a moment before nodding.

"I think that's a marvelous plan and I can talk Gibbs into making pancakes when we get there," she says as she jumps out of the bed and onto her feet.

"Come on, let's get ready," she says and I nod as I reach out to her. She leans towards me and rests her elbows on the mattress as she stares at me. She smiles before kissing my lips gently then pulls away and walks towards the bathroom.

"I love you," I call out to her and I can hear her rummaging around in the bathroom before the sink turns on.

"I know," she replies and sticks her head out the door again. "I love you too, but you need to get up because I'm actually starving now for some pancakes," she says with a smile and I laugh and roll my eyes as she ducks back into the bathroom with a laugh. I shake my head but continue to smile as I get out of bed and move toward the closet.

Erin's POV

We arrive at Gibbs' and I walk up the sidewalk and to the door. As I enter, I hear silence, then a faint pounding.

"Must be in the basement," I say and Tony nods. I head for the basement and knock on the door frame.

"Yo!" I hear and see Gibbs looking up at us with a wooden hammer in his hand.

"Hey, we're here to pick up and pack my things," I say and Gibbs nods.

"I have some boxes if you want to borrow them," he says.

I nod and smirk.

"Already planning for my move?" I ask and he smiles.

"Not at all," he says and I nod my head.

"Sure."

He chuckles and puts his hammer down. "Well, I have them in the closet at the end of the hall if you want to get them, there's not many," he says.

I nod once more.

"Well, I don't have much anyway so, it should be okay," I say. "Have you eaten?" I ask him and Gibbs raises a brow.

"Not yet, I've had coffee," he says as he reaches for his block sander.

"Hmm, well, let's get some food and then Tony and I can pack up," I say and Gibbs stops sanding.

"You want me to pancakes don't you?" He asks and I grin.

"I don't know what you're talking about," I say and he grins.

"You're helping," he says as he puts the block down and I grin as I glance over at Tony who's chuckling.

"Come on, let's get to it," Gibbs says as he walks past us and towards the stairs. I wink to Tony and he chuckles as I walk past and follow Gibbs up the stairs.
