Saturday morning.

Luz groaned as her alarm wailed, Amity shuffling uncomfortably beside her. "Mnghh..Turn it off.." Amity mumbled.

"I know..I know.." Luz pushed herself up, rubbing her eyes as she flipped over in bed.

She tapped the screen, glaring tiredly at it as it kept blaring. She smacked it, grumbling as she had to focus and find the off button. The alarm was turned off, and Luz lied back down with a soft thump, Amity snuggling up against her. "Waaiitt..Mmn not comfy yet.." Luz mumbled.

"Hurry.." Amity huffed, drawing back.

Luz shuffled, rubbing her eyes again before raising an arm. Amity snored, Luz frowning with closed eyes. She moved closer, laying her arm over Amity, the kitten flinching slightly before nuzzling into Luz's chest. She snored again, Luz sighing and allowing herself to fall asleep.

And then her teammates barged in.

"Luz!"

"Captain!"

"Cap'n-"

"Morning!"

"Food!"

"Breakfast time!"

Luz covered Amity's ears, licking back her fur, the kitten relaxing. "Mrr..Rrr.."

Glaring back, Luz growled. Her teammates huddled close, and took a step back. "Get..out.."

"B-But-"

Clara walked in, standing in front of the team, "Noceda, I do recall you promising your team breakfast. Right?"

Luz muttered, "Yes..But breakfast is before 12. Therefore, I still have roughly 4 hours to make them said breakfast.."

"You also have to make your girlfriend something to eat for breakfast."

Luz paused, and felt Amity shuffle. "I am a bit hungry.." The kitten nervously smiled.

Sighing, Luz sat up. "Not cool.."

Clara had graciously paid for the groceries required for the breakfast, and helped Luz with breakfast. The team was served, and Clara, and then Amity with her own meal. She had asked Luz for a different option, and Luz, being the ever so caring girlfriend, happily made it for her.

When a teammate set their dirty plate and began to walk off to lie on the couch, Luz stood in front of them, glaring. It was quickly understood that everyone was to wash their own plates.

Luz made breakfast for Camilla, Eda, Vee and King when they awoke at 10, the team appreciating the moments of Luz being the kindest animal ever to King. "All done?" Luz whispered to him.

"Can I get more?"

"Have you let it sit?"

King pat his stomach, humming, "My mouth says more but my tummy says maybe."

"If you can eat a bit more in five minutes, I'll get you more." Luz gently knocked her head against his. "Eda?"

"All good, thanks Kid." Eda smiled.

"Vee?"

"Hpphh?-" She looked up, cheeks puffed out with food.

Luz snorted, "Nevermind. Mama?"
