☆Break-Up Prank!☆

[ Jake pranks his bf Johnnie by "breaking up" with him ! ]

Jake knows this is a bad idea, but he can't help but laugh a bit at this. He's going to do the breakup prank.

Him and Johnnie have been dating for awhile - and it is going smoothly well, so this is gonna be a shock for the emo.

Jake is feeling bad for what he is about to do, but he does it anyway. "Johnnie, can we talk?"

Johnnie heard Jake's voice from his bedroom door. He opened the door and smiled, "Hi Hon. What's up?"

Jake is nervous but he keeps a straight face, he tries to keep a cold tone. "I need to talk to you about something"

"Come in then." Johnnie grabbed Jake's hand as he pulls his boyfriend in the room with a smile. The door shuts. And the couple take a seat on the bed.

Jake takes a deep breath and looks into Johnnie's eyes. "I have to tell you something really important"

"What? Spit it out!" Johnnie giggles as he tilts his head. Curious on what Jake wants to say.

Jake hesitates for a second, he takes a deep breath and looks away. "I have been thinking about this for a while and I think we should break up."

Johnnie's smile faded. "..What?" He asked softly. He has no idea this was a prank.

Jake sighs and looks back at Johnnie. "I just don't think we work together anymore, I don't think I feel the same way about you anymore."

Johnnie suddenly felt his heart break. "Oh,.." Is all he could get out. He swallowed the lump of emotional hurt.

Jake looks at Johnnie's face, he can see that he is hurting him and he feels really bad, but he has to continue the prank. "I'm sorry, but it's the truth"

Johnnie forced a smile, it was obviously fake. "No! I- uh, no- um, its okay."

Jake knows that Johnnie is lying, he can tell that he is pretending to be okay. He tries to act cold again. "I can see that you're upset, but I don't think there's anything we can do about it. I just don't feel the same way anymore, I don't want to keep pretending that I do"

"Thats fine," Johnnie was about to place a hand on Jake's thigh but moved his hand back. "Do you still want to be friends or do you plan on.. moving out?"

Jake can tell that Johnnie was about to touch him, he feels guilty for making him feel like this. He is starting to regret the prank. "I want to be friends, of course I do, but I'm not sure if I can live here anymore"

Johnnie felt his voice shake, "Oh.. Alright." He is holding tears back, getting memories rushing through his head, the videos, the memories.

Jake sees that Johnnie is trying to hold back tears, he feels a pang of guilt in his chest, but he can't back down now. He needs to continue the prank. "I'm sorry, I know this is hard, but I just can't do this anymore"

"I get it! Can you just- fucking go?!" Johnnie suddenly lashed out. Pointing to his door with his ringed hand.

Jake is taken aback by Johnnie's sudden outburst, he didn't expect him to yell at him. He feels a pang of anger mixed with guilt."Hey, don't yell at me! I'm trying to be nice about this!"

"What do you mean..?!" Johnnie cried out, covering his face. Jake has to admit the prank, now.

Jake realizes that he has gone too far, he can't keep the prank up anymore. He puts his hand on Johnnie's shoulder and tries to comfort him. "Johnnie, wait, I have to tell you something."

Johnnie swats Jake's hand away. "No, i don't want to hear anymore! If you're through then thats fine! But i just feel like our friendship is ruined now!"

Jake is hurt by Johnnie's reaction, but he knows he deserves it. He takes a deep breath and finally admits."Okay, I was lying. I don't want to break up with you. I was just pranking you."

Johnnie slowly uncovered his face. His eyes slowly looked up at Jake. Seeing Jake has a smile on his face.

Jake smiles nervously, hoping that Johnnie won't be too mad at him. He tries to explain himself. "I'm sorry, I know it was a shitty thing to do, but I just wanted to see your reaction. I didn't mean to hurt you, I promise."

Johnnie slowly blinks. "What." He said, in anger and disbelief.

Jake looks at Johnnie's face, he can see that he is still angry, but he can also see a hint of confusion. He tries to explain further. "I'm serious, I was just messing with you. I didn't think you'd take it so seriously. I didn't mean to upset you this much."

Johnnie starts to laugh, covering his face. "What....." He trailed off between laughs.

Jake is surprised by Johnnie's reaction, he wasn't expecting him to start laughing. He lets out a nervous chuckle.

"Baby!" Johnnie exclaimed as he hugged Jake. "What the fuck?! I was actually upset! Fucking asshole!"

Jake is taken aback by Johnnie's hug, but he hugs him back tightly. He can't help but laugh at Johnnie's words.
"I'm sorry, I really am! I didn't mean to upset you, I just wanted to mess with you. I didn't think you'd actually believe me."

"You sounded so serious and i literally thought that everything was ruined and that you didn't like me anymore..." Johnnie says into Jake's shoulder.

Jake holds Johnnie tightly, feeling guilty for the pain he caused him."I'm so sorry, I never meant to make you feel that way. I promise, I do like you, I just have a terrible sense of humor. I love you, Johnnie."

Johnnie lifts his head, "No your humor is fucking hilarious but this was too far." He pecks Jake's lips. "I love you."

Jake smiles, feeling relieved that Johnnie is not angry anymore. He leans in and kisses him back, deepening the kiss for a moment before pulling away."I promise I'll never prank you like that again. And I'll always tell you the truth, no matter what. I don't want to hurt you like that again."

Johnnie sighed in relief. "I love you so much, but that was uncool." He peppers Jake's face in kisses.

Jake laughs as Johnnie peppers his face with kisses. He feels a warmth in his chest, knowing that they're okay now. "I know, I know. I'll make it up to you, I promise. How about we go out for dinner tonight? My treat."

Johnnie's eyes sparkled in happiness. "I'd like that."

The couple soon after left to go out to eat.
