[ Jake and Johnnie meet on a dating app and then meet in person for their first date!!!!!!! ]

Jake was on his phone one night. He was feeling lonely ever since he broke up with his girlfriend, and thinks he needed to give it another shot.

Fidgeting with his sensory slug in one hand and setting up his dating account with the other hand. He laughed a bit and shook his head.

Was he that desperate?

I guess so.

Johnnie was setting up an account too at his own house, as he was bored and lonely. he thought why not?

Jake finished making his account. Swiping left on multiple people. "Nope. Nope. Nope... oh." He stopped, looking at Johnnie Guilbert's profile.

He never saw himself being attracted towards men, but.. Johnnie's profile picture and bio, really spiked his interest.

Johnnie finished his account too, and started swiping left on people too. Until he saw Jake's profile. His eyes widened and he smiled. He was quite attractive.

Jake swiped right on Johnnie's profile. He thought, why not? He doubts that Johnnie is gonna text him anyway.

Johnnie's heart skipped a beat when he saw that Jake swiped right on him. He immediately texted him, his fingers shaking.

"Hey there, I saw you swipe right on me. I hope I'm not bothering you, but I couldn't resist swiping right back. I think you're quite attractive."- Johnnie Guilbert.

Jake noticed the message. "Hey there...." As it traveled off, he clicked it. Reading it, he started to smile and bounce excitedly on his bed. He began texting back.

Johnnie blushed as he read the message. He was excited that Jake responded and was actually interested in him.

I'm glad to hear that! I was worried that you wouldn't respond or that you were just swiping right on everyone.-Johnnie Guilbert

He typed back quickly, feeling butterflies in his stomach.

Then a conversation began.

Johnnie and Jake continued chatting back and forth, talking about their interests, hobbies, and lives.

Johnnie felt like he was talking to someone who genuinely understood him, and he found himself opening up more and more.

Jake was feeling the same exact way. He finally felt like he found someone that understands him. He was opening up to Johnnie as well, telling him about his Autism diagnosis and such.

Johnnie was intrigued by Jake's autism diagnosis and wanted to know more about it. He was very understanding and empathetic, not making any judgments or assumptions.

Then the sudden question came in,

Jake sent, his heart racing.

Johnnie's heart skipped a beat again as he read the message. He was both excited and nervous at the thought of meeting Jake in person. He quickly typed back.

"Of course, I would love to meet you! When and where do you want to meet?"-Johnnie Guilbert

The two text back and forward and Jake offered Johnnie to meet him at a restaurant that the two agreed to go too.
