[ Jake has a nightmare and he ends up having a really bad panic attack from it and his boyfriend Johnnie comforts him ]

Jake was sleeping and cuddling with his boyfriend like usual. His head is slumped onto Johnnie's chest as he is snoring softly.

Johnnie was still asleep, his arms wrapped around Jake's body. He shifted slightly in his sleep, pulling Jake closer to him, and nuzzled his face into Jake's hair.

A soft grunt escaped Jake's lips as he shifted, he rolled over and his back faced his boyfriend.

As each minute ticks, he started to get more restless. His eyebrows furrowed together as he is mumbling in his sleep, "No.. no..."

Johnnie stirred awake as he heard Jake's mumbling, his eyes slowly opening.

He looked at Jake's back, a bit concerned by his restlessness. He gently shook Jake's shoulder."Hey, wake up."

Jake's target back tattoo is facing Johnnie as he is gripping the weighted blanket, his knuckles turning white. He began to cry in his sleep.

Johnnie's heart sank as he saw Jake crying in his sleep. He gently rubbed his back, trying to soothe him.

"Jake... Wake up, baby. You're having a nightmare."

"No please.. don't kill him no.." Jake mumbles in his sleep, his nightmare turning darker by the second.

Johnnie's concern grew as he heard Jake's pleas. He shook him harder, trying to wake him up from his nightmare.

"Jake, please wake up. You're safe, I'm here. Wake up, baby."

Suddenly Jake was having rather a terror now, he started to thrash in his sleep. Screams leaving his lips as he is thrashing about.

Johnnie was shocked by Jake's sudden thrashing and screams. He quickly sat up and grabbed Jake by the shoulders, trying to hold him still."Jake, stop! Wake up, you're having a nightmare! Wake up, please!"

Suddenly Jake bolts up, screaming, "NO!!!!!!!!" As his eyes are shot open, tears dropping down his cheeks.

Johnnie was taken aback by Jake's sudden scream, but he quickly pulled him into a tight embrace, holding him close."Hey, hey, it's okay. It was just a nightmare. You're safe, I'm here. I've got you, baby."

Jake was hyperventilating as he pulled back. He was flapping his hands, trying to stim to calm himself down but he just felt more overwhelmed. Tears glossening his vision as he is extremely overwhelmed.

Johnnie noticed Jake's hyperventilating and flapping, and he quickly realized that he was overwhelmed. He gently took Jake's hands in his own, trying to calm him down.

"Breathe, baby. Deep breaths. Focus on me. It's okay, you're safe. I'm here with you. Just breathe, okay Jake?"

"I cant, i can't, i can't.. Please don't kill Johnnie , please, he's my everything..." Jake still wasn't present in reality.

Johnnie's heart sank as Jake continued to cry and hyperventilate, begging him not to kill him. He held Jake tighter, trying to get through to him.

"Jake, listen to me. It was just a nightmare. I'm right here with you, and I'm not going anywhere. You need to breathe, baby. Take deep breaths with me, okay? Just focus on my voice."

Jake was still hyperventilating, looking around the room. His mind was getting dizzier as he is gripping at his chest.

Johnnie could see that Jake was getting more and more overwhelmed. He gently took Jake's face in his hands, forcing him to look at him.
