[ Johnnie has PTSD/panic attack from a nightmare ! ]

[ he has a night terrors of his father's death and has to go to the hospital due to these nightmares. ]

Johnnie went to bed around 2:30AM or so. - since earlier he was feeling restless and depressed. He finally managed to get some sleep, hoping his depression will pass and he'll be fine again tomorrow.

But unfortunately for him, - his dream turned nightmarish. He was in his childhood home in this nightmare - being held down by his siblings - sirens blared in the background, - he was back in time. Having a nightmare of the day his dad passed away from cancer in his sleep.

Jake had been woken up from his sleep, due to Johnnie moving around a lot. He noticed that Johnnie was having a nightmare, and he gently shook him.

"Johnnie.." he said softly, trying to wake him up. "Hey.. wake up, you're having a nightmare."

Johnnie has tears rolling down his face. As if he was in a state of sleep paralysis. His mind was awake, but his body was still nightmare.

Seeing Johnnie in such a state, Jake's heart sank. He gently took Johnnie's face in his hands, trying to get him to look at him.
"Johnnie, it's okay. You're safe, it's just a dream. Wake up, please.."

Johnnie suddenly sits up, screaming. No words, just a vocalized scream before he broke down into tears.

Jake was taken aback by the sudden scream, but he quickly recovered and wrapped his arms around Johnnie, pulling him into a tight hug."Shh, it's okay. It was just a nightmare. I'm here, you're safe. Everything's going to be alright."He said soothingly, rubbing Johnnie's back gently as he held him.

Johnnie is bawling his eyes out, "NONONO...!" He screamed out as he pulled back, grabbing at his hair and hyperventilating.

Jake's heart ached as he saw Johnnie's panic attack. He quickly took hold of his hands, gently pulling them away from his hair."Johnnie, please, look at me. Breathe, okay? Just breathe."

He said, trying to keep his voice calm and soothing. He held Johnnie's hands tightly in his own, trying to ground him.

Johnnie tries to take deep breaths but he is only panicking more as he is bawling and crying.

Jake felt helpless as he watched Johnnie struggle to calm down. He gently pulled him back into his arms, holding him tightly against his chest.

"Shh, it's okay. You're okay. Just try to focus on your breathing, alright? In and out, slowly. I'm here with you, I'm not going anywhere."
He said, gently rubbing Johnnie's back and rocking him slightly, trying to comfort him.

Johnnie ended up passing out from his panic attack. Limp in Jake's arms.

Jake felt Johnnie go limp in his arms and his heart skipped a beat. He quickly checked his pulse, making sure he was okay. Once he was sure that Johnnie was just unconscious, he carefully laid him down on the bed and sat beside him.

He gently brushed a strand of hair out of Johnnie's face, feeling a mixture of worry and sadness.

He had never seen Johnnie so panicked before, and it broke his heart to see him in such a state.
