Johnnie is sleeping with his back facing his boyfriend. He went to sleep angry since the couple fought.

Jake gently rubbed his boyfriend's side as he looked at him, seeing him sleep. He knew he messed up, and felt terrible about it.

"I'm sorry, Johnnie..." he whispered.

Johnnie grunts in his sleep, but continued to sleep anyway. His back remained facing his lover.

Jake sighed and gently moved Johnnie's hair out of his face. He leaned down and gently kissed his cheek.

"I love you, Johnnie... I'm so sorry..." he whispered again, feeling even worse than before.

Johnnie opened his eyes. "Tryna sleep.." He grumbled as he pushed Jake back.

Jake stumbled back a bit when Johnnie pushed him, but quickly recovered. He looked at his boyfriend with a hurt expression.

"Can I talk to you?" he asked, taking a step closer to him again.

Johnnie huffed. He sits up. Looking at Jake with a tired and angry expression.

Jake looked at him with a guilty expression, seeing the anger in his eyes.
"I just... I wanted to apologize for what I said earlier..." he said quietly, taking another step closer.

"Do you mean it?" Johnnie crossed his arms, looking at Jake with a hurt look in his emo blue eyes.

"Of course I mean it, Johnnie. I didn't mean any of what I said earlier, I was just frustrated and upset..."

Jake looked down at the floor, feeling even more guilty now that he was seeing how hurt his boyfriend was.

Johnnie sighed. He gets out of bed. "C'mere.." As he hugged Jake.

Jake immediately wrapped his arms around Johnnie, hugging him tightly. He buried his face into his shoulder, feeling a sense of relief wash over him.

"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." he repeated, his voice muffled against Johnnie's shirt.

"Baby," Johnnie rubbed Jake's back. "Look, it was just a small argument, alright? I'm not gonna leave you."

Jake sniffled and lifted his head up to look at Johnnie, tears starting to form in his eyes.
"But I said such horrible things to you... I didn't mean any of it, I swear..." he said, his voice shaky.

Johnnie frowned, he cupped Jake's face in his hands. "My baby, it's okay. I love you. I was just mad earlier and that's why i wasn't talking to you and went to bed."

Jake leaned into Johnnie's touch, feeling comforted by his words. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.

"I love you too... so much... I just hate when we fight..." he said quietly, opening his eyes to look at Johnnie again.

"I do too," Johnnie replied as he hugged Jake close. "I love you too much, i don't want to fight anymore."

Jake hugged Johnnie back tightly, holding him as if he was afraid to let go. He buried his face into his neck, taking in the familiar scent of his boyfriend.

"I promise I'll try not to get so frustrated and angry next time... I'll try to be more understanding..." he said softly.

"As will i," Johnnie replied, kissing Jake's head. "We need to communicate our emotions better."

Jake nodded in agreement, feeling a sense of determination to work on their communication.

"I know... we'll get better at it, I promise."
He pulled away from the hug slightly, looking at Johnnie with a small smile.

Johnnie returned the smile, "Wanna lay down with me?"

Jake nodded eagerly, his smile growing wider."Yes, please."He took Johnnie's hand and led him back to the bed, climbing under the covers with him.

The two cuddled and shared apologetic kisses.

Jake wrapped his arms around Johnnie, holding him close as they kissed. He felt a sense of relief and happiness wash over him,

grateful that they were able to work things out.
