Jake yawned as he comes into the house super late and exhausted. He felt so tired after his extremely long routined day and he just needed to go upstairs, see his boyfriend and go to sleep. That's what's on his mind.

"Babe!" Jake called as he is heading upstairs and entering the emo's bedroom.

Johnnie was sitting in bed, waiting for Jake. He looked up from his phone as he heard Jake call out to him.

"Hey, Jakey" he said with a smile, putting his phone down on the nightstand and sitting up a bit straighter "You're home late".

"Long day," Jake replied as he crawled into the bed, kicking his shoes off. Yawning as he looked at the clock, 2:38AM.

Johnnie wrapped his arms around Jake as he crawled into bed, pulling him close and kissing his forehead.

"Yeah, I can tell. You look exhausted," he said, gently running his fingers through Jake's hair. "Did you eat yet?"

"Mhm, i had some uhh- wingstop on my way back here." Jake said, "My day was so long baby, I've been awake since my usual time eight in the morning, then i streamed - then i had to work on some music stuff, - i also uhh- went on a podcast, and uhhh- some business meetings, i didn't really mind but i don't know, i hate social interaction.But it was so tiring... i kinda masked today." He overshared his day in full detail.

Johnnie listened to Jake's day, gently rubbing his back as he spoke. He knew how much Jake hated social interaction and how exhausting it could be for him. He could hear the tiredness in his voice and see it in his eyes.

"I'm sorry you had such a long day, baby," Johnnie said sympathetically, continuing to run his fingers through Jake's hair.

Jake kissed Johnnie's cheek. "I love you, what did you do to today?" He asked with a smile creeping on his face.

Johnnie smiled back, his heart warming at the kiss on the cheek. He wrapped his arms around Jake a little tighter and pulled him closer."Oh, you know, the usual. Shopping online, filming some videos, and editing them afterwards. Nothing too exciting," he said with a chuckle. "I missed you, though. I always do when you're not around".

"You're so cute Johnnie," Jake admired Johnnie as he slumps his head onto Johnnie's chest.

Johnnie blushed at the compliment, a small smile on his face. He loved when Jake called him cute. He gently ran his fingers through Jake's hair again, playing with it as he spoke.

"I love you too, baby," Johnnie said, his voice soft and gentle "But you're the cute one. I don't think I could ever be as cute as you".

"Hey. We're both cute." Jake snickers before yawning again. He takes out his phone and sets his usual alarm and then sets it on Johnnie's nightstand.

*Johnnie chuckled and rolled his eyes playfully at Jake's comment.

"Alright, alright. We're both cute," he said, smiling at Jake. "But you're still the cutest one in my eyes".

He watched as Jake set his alarm and put his phone away, then gently pulled him closer again, holding him in his arms.

Jake puckers his lips, "I think you missed something..."

Johnnie raised an eyebrow, a small smirk on his face."Oh, did I now?" he asked, pretending to be clueless. "What did I miss, baby?"

Jake pouted. "You know." He replied, it was going over his head.

Johnnie chuckled at Jake's pout, finding it adorable. He gently cupped Jake's face in his hands, his thumb brushing over his bottom lip."I'm not sure I do know, sweetheart. You're going to have to tell me," he teased.

Jake blushed, "Kisses..?" He muttered out. Pouting more since he really wants them.

Johnnie smiled warmly, his heart melting at Jake's pout and the word "kisses". He leaned in and gently pressed his lips against Jake's, giving him a soft, tender kiss."Is that what you wanted, baby?" he whispered against his lips.

"Uh-huh" Jake mutters as he leaned in and kissed Johnnie softly. His kiss full of love but he was tired.

Johnnie kissed him back, feeling the tiredness in his kiss. He pulled away slightly and looked at Jake, a soft smile on his face."You're tired, baby," he said, gently stroking his cheek. "You should get some sleep".

"Mhmm..." Jake leaned in again, kissing Johnnie.

Johnnie returned the kiss, his arms wrapping around Jake and holding him close. He could feel the tiredness in his body too, but he didn't want to stop kissing Jake.

After a few moments, he pulled away again, a small chuckle escaping his lips. "cutie."

Jake didn't reply, he just laid his head back down on Johnnie's chest and closes his eyes.

Johnnie smiled as Jake laid his head back down on his chest, feeling his breathing slow down as he started to fall asleep. He gently ran his fingers through his hair again, his touch soothing and comforting.

"Goodnight, babe," Johnnie whispered, placing a soft kiss on the top of his head. "I love you".

"mm, I love you too.." Jake mumbled.

The two fell asleep in a loving cuddly embrace
