Tucking her under the covers, Lisa sat down on the edge of the bed and ran a hand over the top of Jennie's head, letting her fingers trail through her hair down the side of her face. She repeated the action as Jennie stared back at her, covering a yawn with the back of her hand. "Were you feeling ill this morning?"
"Not until my mother barged in - but I'm sure that was from sheer mortification," Jennie said, yawning again. "I haven't been feeling well all week. I've been tired, stressed and..."
"You haven't been sleeping well." Lisa finished for her.
Jennie stared at her, somewhat sheepishly. "How did you know?"
"Who in the hell do you think feels you tossing and turning all night?" Lisa teased. "I don't know why you just don't take something to help you sleep."
Jennie sighed. "I don't like how disconnected it makes me feel. I feel drowsy for hours when I wake up afterwards."
Lisa pressed a kiss to her forehead. "You scared the shit out of me babe."
"I think I scared Eun-woo more," Jennie replied. "You should check on him."
"I will. Chu's got him distracted at the meantime." Lisa stated. "Close your eyes and get some sleep."
Jennie nodded, her eyes fluttering shut. "Will you wake me in an hour or so?"
"Nope." Lisa said. "You will sleep until you wake up."
"But I have things -"
"Whatever it is - it can wait."
Jennie yawned. "Fine."
Lisa bent down and lightly brushed her lips with hers. "I love you."
"I love you." Jennie whispered back.
Once Lisa made sure she was good and asleep, Lisa slowly walked out of the bedroom and into the living room. The knock on their door startled her and she opened the door to find Rosé and Jisoo carrying a sleepy Eun-woo.
"Is she okay?" Rosé asked. "Chu told me what happened!"
"She's sleeping," Lisa replied, as she took her son from Jisoo. "Atleast she better be. I'm hoping she's just exhausted."
"I want to see Mommy." Eun-woo half cried.
"He's been worried about her since we left." Jisoo explained. "And I think he needs a n-a-p."
"I don't need a nap," the little boy whined.
Lisa shook her head sympathetically. "I beg to differ." She started walking towards the bedroom as he rested his tired on her shoulder. Rosé and Jisoo following behind her. Peeking through the door, she saw Jennie roll onto her side and yawn. "See buddy," Lisa said. "Mommy was just tired."
Jennie sat up a little bit in bed and yawned again. "And I'm still tired. I want to fall asleep but I can't."
Lisa pulled off Eun-woo's trainers and helped him out of his jacket, setting them in the chair by the door. She walked over to the bed, put Eun-woo down, watching as he crawled and snuggled up against Jennie.
"Take a pill or something." Jisoo said.
"I already told Lisa no."
"You can't get married tomorrow looking like a zombie," Jisoo argued.
"I'll be fine," Jennie said. "I just need to fall asleep." She looked down at her son who was yawning himself. She pulled the covers up and watched as he kicked his little legs underneath. "Do you want to take a nap with Mommy?"
"I think that's an excellent idea," Lisa answered before the little boy could protest. "I take some of my best naps with him."
Eun-woo grinned. "Mama says it's cause I'm super snuggly."
