This chapter happened during the wedding preparation.
Despite Lisa's various attempts, Mama Kim swatted her away as she placed the invitations on the coffee table and began addressing them. They debated back and forth about sending them out, but at the end of the day, they decided to do it all themselves so that nothing about the venue or the location was leaked. Invitations were to be delivered to the guests a week before the wedding in an attempt to keep the media at bay. She sat at the piano - an advanced wedding gift from Jennie - her legs crossed underneath her kn the bench as her fingers tickled the keys with a light and airy sonata. She watched Rosé as Mama Kim handed her an invitation to view.
The front door opened in the next room, and the clumpy pitter-patter Lisa heard coming towards her was unquestionable. "Mama!" Eun-woo explained, running towards her. She lifted him up onto the piano bench and looked at Jisoo.
"He refused to stay at the studio with Jennie, so she asked me if I could pick him up on my way here."
Eun-woo placed his hands on the keys, mimicking Lisa. "Okay. Thank you." She replied. She looked at her son, who was ready to play. "You didn't want to play with Charlie today?"
He shook his head no. "Only babies play with Charlie and I'm not a baby. I'm three and a half."
Jisoo sighed. "See what I have to work with? I blame you and Jennie. If you guys treat him like a child instead of a miniature adult, we'd have less problems." The three of them laughed at Jisoo as she sat down beside Rosé on the couch and grabbed one of the invitations to look at it. "These are gorgeous Mama Kim," she said. "Jennie will be so pleased."
"Why will Jennie be pleased?" Lisa asked.
"You haven't seen them?"
"I glanced at them - they're invitations."
Jisoo got up and handed Lisa an invitation. "Jennie actually took care of these. The wording anyway, didn't he Mama Kim?"
"My daughter had always been good with her words." Mama Kim replied.
Lisa's eyes scanned through the gold embossed calligraphy, a hand over her heart as she read.

She quickly blinked her damp eyes to dry. "Of course not," she said wrapping an arm around Eun-woo. "Your mommy is just too sweet sometimes."
"I'm going to be just likes her when I get bigger." He declared proudly.
"That's not a bad plan to have." Lisa replied as she handed back the invitation to Mama Kim. "Your daughter is too sentimental for her own good some days."
Mama Kim smiled. "I think she just wants the day to be as perfect for you as possible. I know your parents meant a great deal to her."
