Jennie was in the garage looking for Eun- woo's old clothes, his daycare is having a donation drive and she figured she would donate some of his old clothes. As she was looking for them, she saw a box labeled LISA. She opened them and saw a flashdrive, labeled. Lisa D-Day.
It took her a moment to realize what it was, forgetting about the clothes that she was looking for, she grabbed the flashdrive and bought it inside the house. She figured she could surprise Lisa with it.
It was after dinner, when she decided to approach Lisa with the subject.
"Hey babe?"
"Yeah?" Lisa was on the couch, snuggling with a sleeping Eun-woo.
"Ahmm, I found this box...and well...it's yours really...and there was a flashdrive in it..." Jennie said hesitantly.
"Oh wow. I forgot about those. Can I see it?"
"Of course. They're yours babe." She stepped towards the couch and handed Lisa the flashdrive.
Lisa stared at it for a moment, then glanced at Jennie and Eun-woo. "Do you want to watch something different tonight?"
"Of course babe," Jennie dimmed the lights in the living room and sat beside Lisa on the couch.
"It's about my parents. And me as a baby I believe." Lisa said with a grin.
She squeezed Jennie's hand before she stood up and inserted the flashdrive on the T.V.
Lisa gasped as she saw the clip of their old house in Thailand. She reached for Jennie's hand, holding it tight as she watched her mom walk into their house, holding a day-old Lisa in her arms.
"Jackson, I swear if you don't get that blasted camera away from my face - "
"I don't know what you're worried about Di - you look beautiful for someone who spent twenty four - "
"Twenty seven and a half," Diana corrected. "Twenty seven and a half hours in labor."
The camera zoomed into Lisa's infant face as she snoozed lightly, sucking away on a pacifier. "Yes but look at that face and tell me she wasn't worth it. She's perfect. Yes you are Ms. Lisa. Perfect as perfect can be." The camera went back up to a close up of Diana before zooming back out, whose striking resemblance to Lisa was now uncanny. Her face softened as she looked at her husband. "Yes, she is quite perfect. Just as I imagined her to be."
Another scene appeared, a dainty version of Lisa holding the index finger of her mother's hands as she hunched over her daughter as she gingerly took each step. "That's it! Walk to Daddy! Let go of Mommy and walk to Daddy!" Her chubby fingers letting go, Lisa took a few wobbly steps before gaining confidence, written all over her cherub face as she squealed with delight into her father's arms. Jackson held the camera so that the lens faced both of them, beaming with pride at his daughter. "How many babies do you know that take their first steps at with such grace? None of them - that's who," he said, showering her cheeks with kisses. "My Lisa is just that brilliant."
"Oh sweetheart," Diana scoffed with a laugh as the camera turned around to her, standing with her arms across her chest. "You're going to give that girl a complex."
"You can't give someone who's already perfect a complex," Jackson replied. "Isn't that right, Lisa."
"Yes!" She squealed.
Jackson grinned into the camera. "See - brilliant!"
"Babe - that's her answer for everything," Diana replied. "Watch - Lisa? Do you want Mommy to give you a root canal?"
