"Well...look at you."

Bright brown eyes blinked back at Lisa, the two of them staring at each other in the most peculiar of manners. Swaddled tightly in a pink blanket, Lisa gently peeled the white cotton hat away from her daughter's head, grinning madly at the dark wisp of hair that appeared.

"It's nice to finally meet you, Anya," Lisa quietly spoke, settling her daughter in the protective crook of her arm as she curled up in the chair inside Jennie's hospital room. "I'm your Mama...hopefully you aren't too disappointed bg this in the future...or now I suppose." As she stood in awe of this infant, letting the tiniest fingers she'd ever seen hold onto her finger, Lisa realized it was possible to know what it felt like to hold pure love.

Anya gurgled a little bit, spastically swinging her other arm that had wriggled loose from the swaddle. She thought she's get over the sight of Anya, but she'd been here for nearly eight hours and Lisa was nowhere close to losing ang of her awe in regards to the small person she was holding in her arms. She was quite pleased when the doctor helped usher their family out of the hospital. Once they all came in the room they all wanted a turn to hold the baby. Lisa didn't expect that she would have to fight with her family about holding her daughter. She thought she gets to decide who gets to hold her. Even if the only person she chose was herself. Jennie, however, made her share, staring at her with a tired but happy look while holding a sleepy Eun-woo.

"They're just excited," Jennie said, reaching out to her.

Lisa took her hand, despite being unimpressed with her reasoning. "Like I freaking care," she munbled. "She's our daughter."

Jennie laughed and yawned. "She's coming home with us, you know."

"Yeah, and their all probably going to move in," Lisa said under her breath.

Jennie was asleep at the moment, going on two hours as she lightly snored, her blankets pulled all the way up to her chin. Her hair was piled up on top of her head in a messy bun, her face completely bare. Her head was tucked over to the side, and Lisa was convinced her neck would hurt when she woke up but she wasn't about to move her - only because she tried to while the nurses took the baby to get her washed and cleaned and she threatened bodily harm.

"Touch me and die, Lisa." Jennie numbled.

"You're neck's going to hurt if you stay like that babe."

"My whole body hurts, and right now, I'm not moving and I don't feel anything," Jennie replied, her eyes closed. "Touch me and I will hurt you."

Looking back at Anya, Lisa shook her little hand lightly, amazed at the firm grasp she had around her index finger. "It's a good thing you don't have red hair," she mused softly. "Or we will never the end of it from your Uncle Bam-bam. You look just like your Mommy, which is a good thing. She's the most beautiful person in the world, next to you now of course."

Lisa could swear, and would swear until her dying day, that Anya understood every word she was saying at that moment, giving her a single blink and what Lisa thought looked like a little bit of a smile. Of course, everytime she thought she was smiling earlier, Jisoo kept telling her that it was gas. But she didn't believe her. If her daughter had any of Jennie's in her, she was already brilliant, and therefore could manage the simple task of smiling.

"What are you doing, Anya?" She asked, watching as she started to twist her head, nuzzling at her chest. "Oh...wait," she said after a moment, watching her previously calm face as she began to whimper. "You must be hungry, maybe, yeah?" She asked, carefully standing up with Anya cradled in both arms. "Yeah, I don't think I have what you're looking for, well I do, but it doesn't, you know...work like Mommy does. Don't worry, Mommy will know what to do. That's a good rule to remember, sweetheart. Mommy will always know what to do. Me - probably not so much."
