It was now morning, the soft light of the sun filtering through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. Isa stirred first, her eyes fluttering open as she glanced at the clock on Kevin's nightstand. She smiled softly, but then remembered that Kevin had practice today.
"Kevin..." she whispered, her voice gentle as she nudged him. "Tienes que levantarte. Tienes práctica."
Kevin groaned in protest, burying his face deeper into the pillow. "Cinco minutos más, por favor..." he mumbled, his voice muffled and thick with sleep.
Isa chuckled softly, shaking her head. "Kevin, en serio. Si no te levantas, vas a llegar tarde."
He reached out blindly, taking her hand as she stood up. Before she could pull away, he tugged her gently, making her stumble back toward him. With a grin, he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her down into the bed again. "No te vayas," he murmured, hiding his face in her neck as he hugged her tightly.
"Kevin..." Isa laughed softly, trying to sound firm but failing as she felt the warmth of his breath on her skin. "Tienes que irte a cambiar. Jimmy va a matarte si llegas tarde."
He shifted, pulling the blanket over both of them as he pressed his body against hers, enveloping her in warmth. "Estás fría," he muttered, his voice still heavy with sleep. "Déjame calentarte."
Isa rolled her eyes playfully, but she couldn't help the smile that spread across her face. "¿Y si mejor te levantas y te cambias? Así luego no estás corriendo para llegar."
Kevin sighed dramatically, as if the very idea of getting up was the most exhausting thing in the world. "No quiero ir. Prefiero quedarme aquí contigo," he murmured, his lips brushing her neck softly, making her shiver slightly.
Isa shook her head with a fond smile, though her heart raced at the feel of his lips against her skin. "Si sigues así, voy a tener que llamar a Jimmy y decirle que te secuestré."
Kevin chuckled, finally opening one eye to look up at her. "Mmm, tal vez eso no suena tan mal," he teased, his hand gently rubbing her back as he held her close. "¿Estás segura de que no quieres quedarte aquí todo el día conmigo?"
Isa bit her lip, pretending to think for a moment. "Tentador... pero no," she said, laughing softly. "Vamos, Kevin. Levántate, o te juro que voy a tirarte agua fría."
He groaned again, but there was a playful glint in his eyes now. "Está bien, está bien," he said with a sigh, though he made no effort to actually move. "Pero primero... dame un beso y tal vez considere levantarme."
Isa shook her head, laughing at his antics, but she leaned down anyway, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "Ahora sí, a levantarte," she said, pulling away slightly and giving him a teasing look.
Kevin smiled lazily, finally letting go of her waist as he sat up, stretching his arms above his head. "Lo que tú digas, mi amor," he said with a grin, but there was a contented warmth in his voice as he looked at her.
As Isa stood up, she tossed one of his shirts at him playfully. "Anda, ve a cambiarte," she said with a smirk.
Kevin caught the shirt with a grin. "Eres mala," he teased, but the affection in his eyes as he looked at her made it clear he didn't mind one bit.
____Kevin finished tying his shoelaces and stood up, his eyes immediately finding Isa. She was standing in front of the mirror, brushing her hair, the sunlight hitting her just right, making her glow. A soft smile tugged at the corner of his lips as he walked over to her. Without a word, he took her hand and gently pulled her toward him, wrapping his arms around her waist, their bodies pressed close together.
