As Vicky left with her parents, the atmosphere shifted, leaving only the adults and young adults in the room. The adults engaged in lively conversation, discussing various topics, while the younger members of the team gathered in the living room to play board games.
"Me debes $28," Ozziel teased Edson, a competitive glint in his eye.
"No mames, Ozziel, siempre caigo en tus propiedades," Edson replied with a playful grin.
"Rueda los dados, Sebas," Isa instructed, urging Sebastián to take his turn.
Sebas complied, rolling the dice and landing on one of Kevin's properties. He begrudgingly paid Kevin, and it was now Isa's turn to roll the dice.
"Antes de rodarlo quiero poner una casita en... este de acá," Isa declared, pointing to a property on the Monopoly board.
"No mames, Isa, ahí ya está cara la renta," Diego teased.
"Ya ni modo," Isa replied with a smile, undeterred by Diego's comment.
She rolled the dice, and it landed on a treasure box, indicating that she had to draw a card. As she read the card aloud, a collective snicker filled the room. "Each player pays you $50."
"Eso es trampa," Julian exclaimed, his playful accusation met with laughter from the group. "Isa siempre agarra lo más bueno."
As the game continued, the playful banter and laughter filled the room. Isa couldn't help but chuckle at Julian's remark, knowing that luck seemed to be on her side that round.
"¡Es solo suerte, Julian!" Isa retorted with a grin, enjoying the good-natured competition among friends.
The game progressed, with each player strategizing and scheming to gain the upper hand. Despite the occasional friendly argument over rules or tactics, the atmosphere remained light and fun.
As the evening wore on, Isa felt a sense of camaraderie and belonging among her teammates. Whether they were playing board games or sharing stories, moments like these reminded her of why she loved being part of the team.
As the game drew to a close, Isa couldn't help but feel grateful for the bonds she had formed with her teammates. Win or lose, it was moments like these that made her treasure their friendship even more.
As Santiago rolled the dice, anticipation filled the room. To his dismay, he landed on Isabella's most expensive property, complete with a hotel. He let out a groan of frustration and begrudgingly paid Isa the hefty sum, his hand accidentally brushing against hers in the process. Santiago felt a slight blush creep onto his cheeks as he quickly looked away, hoping no one had noticed.
The game continued, with Santiago trying to recover from his loss while Isa and the others strategized their moves. Despite his initial setback, Santiago found himself enjoying the friendly competition and banter among teammates.
As the game progressed, it eventually came down to just two players: Diego and Isabella. The remaining players placed their bets, with Edson, Kevin, and others voicing their support for their chosen contender.
"Apuesto mi dinero por Isa," Edson declared confidently.
"Yo también," added another teammate.
"Yo igual," chimed in another.
"I bet my money on Diego," Kevin countered, standing by his choice.
As the game reached its climax, Isa emerged victorious, much to Diego's dismay. He playfully accused her of cheating, pointing out that she had added another house to her property that he couldn't afford. But Isa simply shrugged off his accusations.
