Isa was back home, tidying up her room. She hummed quietly as she swept the floor, her thoughts drifting when suddenly her phone dinged from its spot on the nightstand. Setting down the broom, she walked over to the nightstand, unplugged her phone, and smiled widely when she saw the name that appeared on her screen— "ojitos cafés🤎."

She sat down on her bed, opened the message, and read it.

"Buenas tardes, hermosa. Alístate porque en 20 minutos paso por ti😘."

Isa's heart fluttered like a teenager in love, and she couldn't help but grin as she jumped to her feet and began getting ready without hesitation. Fifteen minutes later, she had changed into something nice and simple, finishing up by brushing her hair. Once satisfied, she headed toward the living room.

In the living room, Edson sat on the couch, engrossed in a Call of Duty match, yelling commands into his headset while FaceTiming Julian on his phone. Isa leaned over the back of the couch, whispering close to her brother.

"Voy a salir con Kevin," she whispered, barely containing her excitement.

Edson paused the game, glancing at her with a mischievous smirk. "Uy, ¿con Kevin, eh? ¿Y a dónde te lleva el galán?" he teased, his voice playful.

Isa's cheeks flushed bright pink. "No empieces, Edson," she mumbled, embarrassed but unable to suppress a smile.

Julian, hearing the exchange, chuckled through the FaceTime call. "Ey, Isa, ¿y cuándo me invitas a una salida con el Kevin?" he joked, clearly amused by her reaction.

Isa waved at Julian on the screen. "Hola, Julián. ¿Cómo estás? Pero mejor pregúntale a Edson cuando salimos, ¡él siempre me está cuidando!" she replied, making Edson roll his eyes dramatically.

The doorbell rang, cutting through their conversation. Isa's heart skipped a beat as she hurried to open the door. When she pulled it open, her eyes met Kevin's warm, brown gaze, and he smiled at her in a way that made her knees feel weak.

Kevin's smile widened as his eyes shifted to Edson, who had now appeared behind Isa. "Qué onda, wey," Edson greeted Kevin casually.

Kevin nodded and gave a quick fist bump. "Todo bien, bro," he said before turning his attention back to Isa.

Edson glanced between them and smirked again. "Cuídala, eh. Si algo le pasa, ya sabes que te voy a ir a buscar."

Kevin chuckled, playfully raising his hands in surrender. "No te preocupes, bro. Conmigo está en buenas manos."

After a bit more playful banter, Kevin finally led Isa to his car parked outside. He opened the door for her, and Isa's eyes widened with surprise and delight when she noticed a bouquet of bright, colorful flowers waiting on the passenger seat. Kevin reached in and handed them to her with a proud smile.

"Para ti, preciosa. No sabía cuáles te gustaban, así que elegí las que pensé que eran tan bonitas como tú," he said, his voice soft and sincere.

Isa's heart melted as she took the flowers, her face glowing with appreciation. "Gracias, Kevin. Son hermosas," she said, her voice warm and gentle as she climbed into the car. "En serio, gracias."

Kevin grinned and shut the door, walking around the car to get in the driver's seat. As they pulled out onto the road, the air between them felt light and comfortable.

Kevin glanced at Isa, admiring the way the fading sunlight kissed her face, accentuating her delicate features. "Sabes, cada vez que te veo, tus ojos me vuelven loco," he said, his voice dripping with flirtation as he reached over and gently brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear. "No sé cómo haces que todo en ti sea tan perfecto."
