This one happened in our residential home sa Makati. It was already past 7pm when I reached home from work. I live here alone, btw. My family are in the province. Anyway, as soon as I entered the house, I turned on all the lights and locked the door. Sanay kasi ko na lagi nakalock ang doors. I was so tired that day that I decided to just lay down on the couch, turned on the television and watched. As in di muna nagpalit and all. While watching, I felt a presence behind me. Yung tipong parang may kasama ko. I looked around. Wala. But of course, wala naman tlg since ako nga lang mag-isa nakatira dun. So I went back to my panonood.

Then I received a message from my friend. Sa Whatsapp. Asking if I'm busy. I then replied 'no' and asked why. He said he's really having a bad day and he wants to rant out. So I told him to call me anyway. So he did. But he opted for a videocall. So ayun, I turned the tv on mute. Tapos, wore my headset and talked. So the usual kumustahan and all then I told him to rant away. But before he did, he asked if mag-isa lang ba ko since mejo confidential sasabihin nia. And I said yes. So, he started telling me his story. Pero kasi ang haba na..so I shifted my gaze back to the tv show. So I'm holding my phone, camera at me, where he can see me. I'm listening to him. Pero, watching the program sa tv.. on mute. Then all of a sudden..bigla xa nagsalita ng: "Taena naman, nakaspeaker ba ko? Kanina pa ko nagsasalita, sabi mo mag-isa ka jan? Baka mamaya... naririnig ng kasama mo pnagsasasabi ko". I was a bit surprised to which I answered: "Gago ka ba? Di mo ba nakikita tong buds sa tenga ko? Naka headset ako. Walang makakarinig sau. Saka hello? Kahit magspeaker pa ko.. wala namang makakarinig tlg dahil mag-isa nga lang ako!" Tapos I returned my attention sa tv. Cguro naglag ako ng 1 or 2 seconds. Lol. Saka lang nagsink in sa akin. Saka ko bumalik ng tingin sa videocall at nag-ask sa friend ko why he said that. Then he told me he saw someone walked behind me. Then I laughed. Sabi ko.. nice one. Haha. Namo! Lam mong mag-isa lang ako dito. Then I looked around. Wala tlg. So I told him tuloy lang kwento. Di pa xa ulit nagsstart when I focused my eyes sa videocall. Db sa videocall.. kita mo yung cam ng kausap mo..tapos kita mo rin cam mo? I clicked my cam's view para sa akin yung malaki. And from there, I saw a pair of legs walking behind me. Barefooted. As in kitang kita ko. Yun lang ang hagip ng camera ko since sa mukha ko nga nakatutok and nakahiga ako sa couch. May nakita ko behind me thru my cam na naglalakad and tumigil behind the couch kung san ako nakahiga. To make it worse, bigla nagsabi yung friend ko ng: "Yan oh..nakatayo sa likod mo!"

Ayun, I jumped and ran fast outside the house. May delay pa nga kasi nakalock yung door! What can I say? I had such a long night that time.
