All three of us finally make it to the top but there was nothing but sand. "What now?" I ask but then I see Rafe give John b the scroll "I can't read this shit. Go for it. Here. You need this. Go" Rafe says giving him the lens as well "Ok let's figure this out" I nod as John b lays the map down "Look follow the line, bring it to your eye." Rafe tells him "That's where we are. Right there" John b says looking through the lens "Yeah. It doesn't show anything else after that ok?" Rafe says "Wait hold on hold on. There's some writing here. Arabic maybe?" John b says "You can't read it. No one can. The map is bullshit." Rafe says "That's not helping" John b tells him "It is it's bullshit! It's a dead end" Rafe says "Wait what about the pictures from the boat?" I ask taking them out "There's gotta be context. There's gotta be something" John b says
I start to flip through the pictures when I see one. "Hold on look look. This is a match." I say holding a picture "That's a match" John b nods "It's the same." I say "That's the same writing right there." He nods "Rafe come look at this. There's a translation on the back. It says at the dawn of the day, touch the earth to reach heaven" I tell them "Did Groff figure this out?" John b asks "No no he didn't.. figure that out before he tried to kill me ok? He didn't tell me that. Touch the earth, what does it mean? So what does it want us to dig? Where? This place is massive" Rafe says "I don't... I don't think that correlates with heaven though. The sun rises in the east. Maybe maybe it means something about prayer..." I say talking with Rafe "It could mean prayer. Great!" Rafe says "It rises in the east. East is a holy direction" I tell him "I don't- I know." Rafe says but then it hits me
"Oh shit wait wait wait." I mumble and look over at John b I quickly join his side looking at the sun "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" John b asks "I think so" I nod and he lifts the map up towards the sun "Holy shit. Rafe look look" I say and he comes over "Look at this. Heaven, the sun above us." John b says "What the hell is that?" Rafe asks "See what I'm seeing?" John b asks looking at a big statue to our left "Holy shit" Rafe mumbles "It's looking like the same." John b says "Yeah the crowns gotta be up there" Rafe nods "Come on let's go" I tell them both as I start to walk that way
"Hey. Hey guys. Sandstorm. We gotta move" Rafe tells us as we see it in the distance coming towards us fast "Yeah we gotta move. Let's roll." John b nods "Come on" I tell them both as we start making our way to the statue
We get close to it when Rafe looks at us. "The crown must be inside it yeah?" He asks "Yeah" John b and I both nod "John b! Hey! Do you see what's coming?" Jj asks walking up with kie "Yeah it's about to get crazy." Kie says "Do we have any idea where to look for the crown?" Jj asks "It's up there! It's in that stature somewhere" I tell them pointing "We gotta climb up" John b says "All right let's go. Come on we're running out of time" jj says "Get down! Get down!" John b yells as the sandstorm hits "I got you I got you" he mumbles to me
"Hey I'm gonna scope it out all right? I'll meet you all up there!" Rafe yells and starts to walk forward "I'm not leaving it up to him" jj yells "No I'm with you" kie says "Come on. Come on" jj says "Are you ok?" John b asks me as I felt sick once again "Hey John b. You two sit this one out ok?" Jj tells us "No I'll be fine I'm ok" I try to say "No you're fine. We'll find the crown" jj tells me as him and kie make their way up
John b helps me run as we try to find a spot to take cover. "Come on Stella we gotta find some shelter" John b yells as we run Just as we turn a corner one of the men were there holding a gun "Oh shit" we both mumble but somehow his gun stalled "Stella get back" John b says as he starts to fight him "Go go get somewhere safe!" John b yells at me "Shit. Shit" I mumble running off
After a second I stop myself. What the hell am I doing. I quickly turn back around going back to where John b was. I grab something off the ground and once I get back I see he had John b in a head lock. I quickly hit the guy in the head causing him to get knock out. But just in case I hit him again "John b? Are you ok?" I ask running over to him "You shouldn't have come back. I had him" John b says "No you didn't. Like not at all" I tell him "You're right yeah. All right come on let's go" John b says standing up and we start to run again trying to find cover
