I'm literally still in tears from that last episode. But on that note, I will be writing season 5 when it comes out.
To clear things up again-
Stella and JJ are half-siblings.
They share the same mother, Larissa.
Sarah and Rafe are also Stella's half-siblings.
Sarah and Stella are not twins- it was a cover up story because they were born around the same time. Stella was Larissa, and Sarah with Ward's first wife.
As for the pregnancy storyline:
John b and Stella are currently not pregnant. They are planning to have a baby in the near future, and due to medical reasons, Stella is undergoing symptoms similar to early pregnancy (such as nausea and fatigue). The group treats her as if we were pregnant because the doctor said with her medical reasons- it would help her actually get pregnant, which is why those moments are written as they are.
