Title: Fires of Vengeance Author: katrina12234 Genre: Dark Romance, Enemy to Lovers Chapters: 70 (complete) Target Audience: 15-30
A. N. A. L. Y. S. I. S
Characters:
Rosalina is portrayed as a naive, innocent woman who is unaware of the secrets of her own family but an unfortunate incident unveils her completely. There was more to her than the eyes could see. Throughout the book, we see her unveil her true identity.
Leonardo is written as a dark, smart, and ruthless man. He is not afraid to kill and always gets what he wants. His first perception of Rosalina is quickly shattered as he discovers more about her.
Writing Style:
The book is written in the third-person point of view with a focus on Leonardo. The story is more description-focused than dialogue.
Spellings and Vocabulary:
Spelling is very well done. Paragraphs could use more spacing. Phrasing and sentence structure are done well.

Overall Impression:
I really like the lines that are included at the beginning of each chapter. The story is one of a cat and mouse but the twist is in knowing who is chasing who. I went into the story expecting the typical cliche: mafia boss and innocent female. But fortunately, I was very much disappointed.
Strengths & Weaknesses:
The biggest strength of this book is the character twist. It was very unexpected and worked quite well. The only weakness is the cliche troupes, however, it is also a strength because it appeals to those that like this form of genre.
Recommendation:
I would only recommend paragraph spacing in some chapters.
