Cover: 10/10
Blurb: 10/10 It was well written. Revealing enough to peak my curiosity.
Writing Style: It's written in first person and was very well written. I could feel what the characters were feelings and could imagine the scene happening.
Flow and Pace: The flow and pace is fast. Which is good. It's a short story, so the pace is naturally expected to be fast.
Character: All characters were very well portrayed, each of them behaving like actual people. It didn't feel like they were imaginative. I personally connected to each character. I could feel and hear their voices, and imagine how they looked. Everything was just so perfect.
Plot: The plot, gosh, it was the best plot. Absolutely love the way you portrayed it. It's based on real emotions and also gives life lessons along the way. I absolutely adored it.
Grammar: The grammar in the book was really good. I was so engrossed in it that at first I completely missed the few areas which could be improved. Had to re read it, and below are the few areas which could be improved to make the book flawless.
1) I was me who ended all of these (Chap 4) needs to be corrected to It was me who ended all of this.
2) I have been standing while he has been sitting and he stares into my eyes with his pair of crystal clear ones. (Chap 5) So eyes are always gonna be in pairs (unless it states otherwise). So the use of pair is just unnecessary. Maybe it could be rewritten as I was standing near his seated form. His crystal clear eyes boring into mine.
3) "Not ready? Then what are these? What are all of these?" (Chap 6) It shouldn't be 'these'. It needs to be 'what is this? what is all of this?'
4) "how is that hard to start?" (Chap 6) It needs to be "how is it that hard to start"
Overall: I absolutely enjoyed the story. I don't know whether it was because the story resonated with me, but I felt a genuine connection with the book. Whirlwind, from the title to the plot and the way it was written, I was in love. There are many scenes that made me cry, are me connect with the characters. Honestly this book, if someone said it was published on Kindle or in the book store, I would believe it. I could go on and on about how much I loved the book. I literally have no words to describe how engaging it was.
Thanks and I do hope you take the feedback positively, not negatively. The book was really good but as a reviewer I was paying extra attention to details to help improve.
