Characters:
Jace is a character with a lot of baggage and responsibility. His fame and fortune, as enthusiastic as it is, really is just a form of escape from his reality.
With great power comes great responsibility. The higher you go, the greater the fall. This fall is something that Jace fears a lot, despite his self-depriciating jokes.
Kai is the security personnel assigned to babyseat our suicidal superstar and prevent him from destroying his own life or even worse, kill himself.
Writing Style:
The story is written from first person pov.
Spellings and Vocabulary:
For someone who English isn't their first language, spelling and vocabulary have little to no errors. Just paragraph spacing that is quite tight in many places.

Overall Impression:
I love the rawness and duality of Kace's character from the first chapter. It is like viewing it from the lens of a camera as it follows him.
Also, there is a briskness to the story line that I like. It doesn't lag around but it also isn't too fast that it overlooks details.
Recommendation:
First of all, paragraphing is very important for any good book. If you have a good story but it isn't appealing to the ready or hard to read, it won't do you any good.
For every camera shift or dialogue or even inner thought, let it have a paragraph of its own.
The constant switching between third person and first person can be solved by just sticking to one point of view. Personally, I would advise the third point of view with an omniscience and omnipresent view.
This way, you get not just the main speaker's voice but also any one that is important enough to be included. It will also show their actions.
You can have inner dialogues in italics.
