Overall Impression:
The plot is a very commonly used trop however with a twist being that the arranged couple already had feelings for each other before being anonymously married to each other by their family.
This uniqueness removes the whole plot of struggle and hatred between the two main leads that is typically seen in forced arranged marriage stories.
Recommendation:
I would suggest sticking to one form of writing. Both third and first POV are able to shine a kind of spotlight on one character if that is what the writer is going for.
