(A/N): (GUESS WHO'S BACK! Seriously though, I have had major writers block on this book - like seriously, it's been so bad. I have a rough idea how this story is going to go, but still I haven't really got a plan. Thank you all sooooo much for being so patient. I am trying to upload when I can - I know I'm much more consistent with my other stories.)

(Anyways, I know how this story is going end and I think there will be about 15 more chapters. So get ready for the pace and intensity to up.)

(I hope you all enjoy!))

JULIETTE'S POV:

I know, from the single glance at the people in the room, that what I had just done has shocked everyone - but the most shocked of all of them is Aaron.

He looks at me like I have opened a whole new world. Like I have changed everything around him - like his life will never be the same again. Of course, seeing his father is probably the main reason for his look but I can see the slight underlying snicker of relief seeing him put in his place.

"Fuck yeah, J!" Kenji lets out a long, harsh laugh. He looks at me with amazement. "That was so badass." His face lights up with a shit-eating-grin. "I swear Anderson shit himself!" He laughs, louder than I thought possible.

"Kenji!" Castle smacks his arm.

"What the heck Castle, man?!" Gasps Kenji, being dramatic, as usual.

Castle shakes his head, his hand coming to his face as he pinches the top of his nose, it looks as though he has a headache. "Language young man."

My hands shake. My breathing hitches faster and faster. The energy, from the attack on Anderson, still vibrates in my bones. The way my power ignited inside of me has always scared me... until now. The burning yet pleasurable pain the rings through me is now, after being used on Anderson, is the most joyous feeling.

"That felt good." I managed, a smile plastered onto my lips, so harsh that I couldn't stop it, even if I wanted to. "Like really good."

"Yo J, was that the first time you used your powers and didn't hold back?" Kenji laughs, his voice full of support.

I thought about it for a moment, really thought about it... it is. Even when I have used my powers willingly against the enemy, I have always held back at least a little bit due to... I think it's due to a sense of humanity. I always have thought, when using my powers against someone, these people are just following orders, they are fighting for what they have been told is right.

When it's Anderson though, I have no sympathy. Not even drip.

"Why would I hold back on such a bastard?" I scowl.

Aaron steps forwards, completely ignoring the conversation that's going on around him. He stops, right in front of me.

"..." he just stands there, staring, for a brief moment. Jaw clenches and eyes wide. "Love..." that's all he can manage before he engulfs me into a hug. "God I love you." He pulls away and kisses me with an intensity that is like nothing I have felt before. "Thank you."

"Awe." Coos Kenji. "That might be the sweetest and most disgusting thing I have ever seen."

"Please use that utterly outstanding power on Kishimoto, sweetheart." Aaron says, loud enough that everyone can hear it, but soft enough to seem as though it should have been a whisper.

"Woah!" Kenji raises his arms in surrender. "Don't you dare do what your little boyfriend says J. I've felt that zap before in Omega Point and that is not something I want to experience again."

"Don't worry Kenji, I would never do that." I giggle, my hand finding Aaron's cheek. "And Aaron, please stop threatening my friends."

Aaron doesn't acknowledge any of what was just said, all he does is pull me into another kiss.

"Okay, wow, enough with the PDA." Kenji groans, covering his eyes in disgust. "No one here wants to see it."

I giggle, pulling away from Aaron once I feel a strange buzzing in my right hand. "What the-" I manage, grabbing my wrist with my other hand.

"What is love?" Aaron says, his hand finding the small of my back. "Does your wrist hurt? Did you get injured?"

I shake my head, gripping my wrist harder when my hand begins to throb. "It's just that my hand feels strange."

"Strange? Like what Miss Ferras?" Castle jumps in, curiosity radiating off of him. One thing about Castle is that he loves to know anything and everything about powers. He is obsessed with finding the route of them - finding out their side effects, finding out their meaning.

"I don't know," I try to wrap my head around a way to explain the sensation that burns my hand, "it's like it's throbbing with... I don't know... electricity. It's hot and fuzzy."

"Interesting!" Castle smiles right before he remembers himself and where he is. "I mean, that's a strange development." He clears his throat, collecting himself. "It's strange, it's as if your hand is experiencing the impact of your powers without the mind numbing pain."

"Yeah... I know what that feels like." Kenji mutters under his breath.

"Kenji shut up." I give him a sideways glare.

He crosses his arms, sulking like a baby. "Trauma is a very real thing, J. Let me cope with it how I want to."

I ignore him.

"Love, why don't you sit down, rest a bit. You used a lot of energy when attacking Anderson, you might just be exhausted, sweetheart."

"Maybe." I respond, still worrying myself sick over this new development. "But this hasn't happened before. Not after the war. Not after training. Never."

"Okay, Miss Ferras, don't worry we can look into this. For now, though, we need you to be well rested and alert to deal with Anderson. I think Mr Warner is correct, you need some rest and then I'm sure you'll feel much better."

Nodding, I pretend that I believe him. Deep down, though, inside, I feel the restraint of something. Something is holding me back. Stopping me from doing something that I can't quite put my finger on.

I have a bad feeling about this - a bad bad bad feeling that whatever is happening is affecting me in more ways than one. It's like something is overtaking me. It's awful. It's unnerving and terrifying.

It's hell.

"Come on, love. Why don't we go to our room and you can have a nap."

I shake my head, despite the overwhelming urge to take him up on his offer and sleep all day if I'm able to. "I can't Aaron, I have work to do, especially now!" I'm stressed.

"You can't be serious J!" Kenji laughs a humourless laugh. "You're pale as ever. I mean, no offence, but you look like shit."

Turning to look at my best friend causes my head to spin. "Woah." My hand reaches out and finds Aaron's shirt. It scrunches up, tightly under my grasp.

"Alright that's enough, Juliette." He says, using my name, which he only does when he is serious about something. "You need rest."

I shake my head once again, but it only causes me to cause my dizziness to increase by a landslide.

I'm only seconds, the spinning becomes too overwhelming to keep your eyes open.

The world around me becomes blurry before turning dark. The world seems to tilt and my eyes close I away that makes me panic.

"Juliette!" I hear Aaron shout in worry. "Hey! Can you hear me love?"

Quickly, I find myself slipping out of consciousness...
